Selena comes out of hyperspace, as Corey touches the vines to secure a comlink with the planet security.
"This is Kage Dooku of the Grey Jedi Order. I request permission to land."
It was only a few moments before he received words back from the security force.
"Welcome to Kuat Kage Dooku, how may we help you?"
Corey looking through Selena eyes to see the planet and replied
"Sir, I am wishing to speak with KDY officials about a project to repair my fleet. Also its been a while since the Grey Order came to visit Kuat. So, I will like to visit on the planet before I talk to the officials."
Corey heard talking in the background and could not make it out what was being said. Then a voice came over the comlink
"Kage Dooku, please land on the landing bay 12 on the surface. The security force will meet you there, and enjoy your stay sir."
Corey nods and head down to the surface.

Inner Kuat Traffic Zone Security is utmost on the minds of the Kuati Government and they have devised a series of jump points guarded by its planetary defense fleet in times of war or attacks. Three hyperspace exits used to arrive in system are used for different methods of commerce. The freight side of things, the passenger harbor and the Imperial used trade jump off point. It had been a long journey but they had finally arrived Tress had felt when they had jumped out of hyperspace. It had been a long night, but one he enjoyed immensely. Slipping out of bed and from the warm body he places his feet on the floor and reaches over to pour himself a glass of water. Then reaches to activate the comm system near the bed. "I take it we're here?" He asks the pilot.
"Yes, Senator we barely arrived...we are getting commed now by Orbital Command." The pilot and Captain response.
"Good.." Tress says absent mindlessly as he looks over his shoulder at Khari.
Smiling he leans down and kisses her. "Wake up sleepyhead...we've just arrived." Brushing the hair from her face he looks at her, she was so innocently sexy waking up all he could do was stare.
Walking over to the closet he grabs some clothes and starts to dress quickly, hoping she might need some help getting up. Might be something worth considering he thought smiling to himself. From time to time he looked over at her. "You sleep good?"

Somewhere in the midst of her rather pleasant dreams she heard him talking, though it wasn't to her, rather it was answered by another, almost tinny sounding voice - and at that moment she knew she was hearing someone on the other end of a comm....
Ah, Khari recalled as she began to awaken, she remembered everything from the night before, the impromptu departure from Obroa Skai, Tress inviting her back here to this particular shuttle, and all that had come later. That last part had left the best indentation on her memory and with it firmly clasped in mind she knew a flicker of a smile had graced her lips.
And then his voice had filtered into her ears,
"Hmmm?" Khari murmured softly, the words not yet registering with her mind, not yet comprehending what Tress had just told her.
A second later, when her eyes fluttered open to see him staring back rather amused at her, she realized. They had arrived then.
"Already? That was fast...but yes I did, you had a big part to play in that, didn't you? Emphasis on...well, you get where that is going."
Flashing him the barest glint of a smoulderingly mischevious smile, she stretched and ran a hand through her dark hair tiredly, trying to push the last ebbs of sleep away as she sat up slowly, turning to look at him when she felt substantially more awake.
"Have they negotiated the incoming traffic system yet? I'll be impressed if they get that right the first time around...a governmental policy, believe it or not, it does make things run more smoothly, but the average pilot doesn't think so."
If they hadn't, it only needed one word from her, and their choice of port was important anyway, but Khari's mind was truly far away from what port support were doing, that was their business, and she was still here...with him....
"Did you sleep well?" She asked almost coyly, admiring his unkempt crop of bedhead hair, as unruly as ever, but adding to his rather roguish looks, definitely a thing to be admired, and she did so almost predatorially.
When she didn't get a response immediately, she tousled that hair playfully, intending to get a rise out of him for doing so, but he was very easy to bait.
"Well come on then, you can't stay here all day...mores to the pity."

"I slept better than i have...well in a long time." He said with a slight smile of remembrance. "We have to try that again sometime....when you feel a need to sleep well that is."
He was putting on his pants and slipping on a shirt when he walks back to the bed where she was. Which the bed now held a special place and memories...he wouldn't get into those or they would never leave the ship..
Coming back to bed and laying near her his weight supported by his elbow close to her hip. "Truthfully, I don't know...they were barely getting Commed they said. Leave it to them to....unless a word from you could get us there faster? " He looks at her again an eyebrow raised in question, then shakes his head as she ruffles his hair. "Nah, we need time to get ready...might as well take out time...."
"Want me to help you get dressed or just lay here and watch.....?" He asks jokingly, wondering what she would say when she thought about it.

"I am perfectly capable of...oh." She was going to have to get used to that rather sly witt of his, and she imagined it would be a nice accompliament to everything, when all was said and done, but back to what he had implied with a rather curious glance, "...it won't take us that long to negotiate the system, particularly because someone would have told them we would be arriving."
Slipping out of bed, she placed her feet on the floor and almost baulked at the chill of the cold deck seeping into her skin, stepping lightly over the surface towards the chair where she had placed, or rather thrown, everything the night before. Pulling on her rather ornate gown, she smoothed it's intricate folds down with the flat of her palm, lifting her crop of lustrous black hair as she turned her back to him, bare skin revealed through the V shaped opening of the fastenings and signalled with a cursory glance over one shoulder,
"Would you mind zipping me up there? Since you offered."
Getting ready was what she had in mind, but there wouldn't be much of that going on if she had done what she really wanted. Quite the opposite in fact. But needs must, as ever, she thought rather amused with herself, knowing he could have been thinking just that himself.
Their relationship...if that was what this was, had been rather explosive from the start, so this was going to be trying times, if it continued that way, well...that was all fine by her, preferred actually. But there had to be downtime, and he would need to see to those other aspects of his life just as she would hers.
This was the proving grounds, of sorts.
"The expediently good news is, I have access to every last space in this orbital array, plenty of places to steal a moment, should we choose to...but I need to get everything in order first, and you still have someone to speak to, if my memory serves right, hmm?"
Ah, yes, the small matter of adoption of sorts, now that she would watch with great interest, she could scarcely imagine how it would go. Tress was taking a big risk there, and she wasn't sure she approved of it, in fact, a large part of her wasn't, but she was willing to try for both their sakes. That and she didn't like being branded no better than a slave master.

He watched her as he was known to do around when she was near, and smiled when she looked over her shoulder at him. There was something gleaming in those beautiful eyes of hers. So it was as little surprise as she asks. "Would you mind zipping me up there? Since you offered."
Ah, what to do in a situation like this, he thought. He would have to control himself that was the first thing running through his head. The second was its a trap run!...but, all he does is smile getting off the bed and walks toward her.
"I did only what i thought a telbun in training would do...or a loving consort. Be mindful of which option you take...one will get you a kiss. The other a....punishment." Helping her with her zipper he, accidentally of course, brushes his knuckles down her back as he grasps the zipper and pulls it up. Placing a kiss at the back of her neck as she was so graciously holding up her hair for him. "There you go all done...."
Standing behind her it was easy to wrap his arms around her and just hold her for a minute or two. They had things to talk about and now was a good time as any. "OK, who am i suppose to be if i get asked? Just plain old Tress? Its not exactly lying...but it hides the fact of who i am....." He didn't want to cause her more problems, more than what his last name alone would cause. They would deal with things like that when they had set up the time and date. Better for all around if they controlled things on their end.
Whispering close to her ear he adds playfully. "To bad you dont have any telbun robes so i could sneak in as if I belong there with you...."

Her mind unfocussed on what he was doing back there, she could be forgiven for stiffening slightly when she felt his knuckles brush her spine oh so gently, unable to repress the small shiver of delight that little motion had caused her, but it was his words that truly brought her out of her reverie - he had a habit of doing that and why shouldn't he? He was a politician after all, it stood to reason his words would rouse some form of response, but she wasn't the type to sing the proverbial tunes of others simply because they could leave her speechless, she was a quietly confident woman with her own thoughts and feelings, which would make them butt heads on certain issues - it already had - but that was half the fun.
"I did only what i thought a telbun in training would do...or a loving consort. Be mindful of which option you take...one will get you a kiss. The other a....punishment." He had said, evoking an all too skeptically sly smile in the process. When Tress was done, she turned around to face him, the same expression painting her features, she had nothing to hide.
"No offense to you, my dear, but I am not convinced you could play the part of telbun very well at all. You have quite the mouth on you..." She said, extending one index finger and tapping him on the nose with a confident look in her eyes. It hadn't been meant in offence, simply stating a plaintive fact, or as she saw it, outwardly expressing her opinion. Fearing some sort of rebuke, she found cause to justify that statement, "While having you at my beck and call would be interestingly enjoyable for the most part, I rather like your unpredictable streak. So try not to slip off any balconies while we are here."
Winking at him for that one, she pulled him closer for a soft, lingering kiss, her lips brushing his for the briefest of moments as if she had been about to whisper something more, but the words never came forth before she was kissing him again, deeply and fully. When next she drew away somewhat breathlessly, the Kuati woman canted her head slightly to one side in coy amusement, though really he should know that she was anything but coy.
"Hmm, now I have that out of my system, we were getting ready to disembark, were we not?"
Slipping away from him before he had chance to pull her back, and quite deliberately too, paying no heed to that threat of punishment or retribution, yet another of their little intricate games they liked to play, Khari began picking her way around the room, collecting up items that were her own, of which there were few, and taking a moment to frown when she would stumble across another attribute of the shuttle that was unequivically kuati in origin. Hiding this was a must...or they'd work out who he was.
And it seemed she wasn't the only one concerned about that either.
"OK, who am i suppose to be if i get asked? Just plain old Tress? Its not exactly lying...but it hides the fact of who i am....."
"Your last name is double barelled is it not? Simply go by your first and then 'Odak', simple but effective. Unless, of course, your face is easily recognizable, then we might have some problems." She advised, her nose wrinkling when she considered the main part of one of those problems, "In which case, might I suggest staying clear of the head of security...doubtless he would disapprove of your presence here."
And that was an understatement, but she didn't want to scare him off just yet. She was confident she could talk his way around that one for him, should it come to it, and it was unlikely it would unless she managed to somehow get Tress invited to spend the day with the head of security for KDY. And thankfully for them he was a rather solitary creature.
Bending down to pick up a few items of strewn clothing, she shook out the creases, and began folding them awkwardly, clearly never really had to do such things herself, it was rather like watching a child attempt to be helpful with the household chores. She was capable enough, but not necessarily in the domestic field.
"To bad you dont have any telbun robes so i could sneak in as if I belong there with you...."
Khari paused, expression pensive but for a moment before she swiveled her dark eyed gaze towards Tress soon thereafter, the barest hint of an idea forming on her lips before she spoke it,
"I don't...but I know a man who does."

Tapping him on his nose as she says '"While having you at my beck and call would be interestingly enjoyable for the most part, I rather like your unpredictable streak. So try not to slip off any balconies while we are here." had him chuckling at her for bringing that last time up again. He would never live it down now.
Looking down at himself he nods. "Yes, we are ready to disembark i think. We should go to the cockpit and make sure everything is in order. That or wait until they announce our arrival." He tells her raising his eyebrow in question.
He liked to sit back and let the pilots do what they had been paid to do and not getting into their business to much. Though she might have a different approach and maybe one that worked for her. "Your call....but we should be arriving any minute now." Waving at the bedside Comm unit. "You can call and find out....might as well get them used to taking orders from you."
Hearing her tell him to use his last name of Odak, he nodded. Not many knew that name alone. He himself had kept a low key in everything so they wouldn't know him on sight. Him being a Senator was a knew thing so it wouldn't me circulated that much off world. He was safe in the presence of the Head of Security, unless he were to find out he was a Zann.
"I will behave around you...so there is no need to be worried about the Security Chief. Not many outside of my home planet know my face....and if they did its the underworld type that do."
She was thinking on her feet he knew when she got that look, and when her eyes settled on him he knew she had formed a plan. "I don't...but I know a man who does." Ah, so it was about the telbun robes. He had suggested that from what she had told him about her childhood and people generally ignored telbuns.
"You do....?"

That wry look still in her eye, she nodded confidently as she ran her hands back through her long hair, pulling it up into a neat bunch and securing it at the back of her head with the pins she had procured from a nearby table. "Oh yes," She responded evenly, "My telbun has a set of clean robes, after all, you don't seriously imagine they just have the one set and wear those all the time, do you?"
It would be more than easy to procure them from her own shuttle which had gone on ahead without her, and would have already announced her delayed arrival in order to make the passing of this shuttle a little easier on the pilots flying the craft. All she needed to do was make a quick comm call and she could have anything brought over here before they departed.
"If you are serious about pulling off that kind of a ruse, it would be a viable one, though you would need to observe a strict code of conduct...I assume you understand?" Yet another understatement from her there, he wouldn't be having the best of times when they were in public, and did he dare speak out of line for one of his imaginary ilk, she would be expected to berrate him as mercilessly as she would have her actual telbun for doing the same. Would he be able to take that? Well he might, she surmised, but he would store up the indignity she foist on him for later...and that was perhaps what would make things the most interesting of all. It was a good opportunity to get a small ammount of revenge, and another to spend more time together without fear of anything looking too out of place. After all, who among her peers could say they had spent that much time just looking at her telbun to notice the difference?
That smile remained a permenant fixture on her full lips for the time being. "So...what say you? Do you think you could handle it? Being invisible is one thing, being invisibly obedient is another...as you discovered."
The decision was ultimately his, of course, but who was she not to encourage him, this would be very amusing.

A set of clean robes she had said, "How am I suppose to imagine what a Telbun has or doesnt.....but it works for us in this case." He tells her with a wink. Was he really going to do this? Play the role of her telbun just so they could be together a little bit more. Smiling was his answer to that question. "OK so how do we play this? You call to retrieve them....?"
"If you are serious about pulling off that kind of a ruse, it would be a viable one, though you would need to observe a strict code of conduct...I assume you understand?"
Yes, he understood to some degree and would try...he did mean try his best to play the role. Though it might be hard for him in some cases. So he would be nothing more than a ghost trailing behind her, not saying much and just studying everything learning quickly as he was known to do.
That smile remained a permanent fixture on her full lips for the time being. "So...what say you? Do you think you could handle it? Being invisible is one thing, being invisibly obedient is another...as you discovered."
He makes a rude noise at that. "What do i have to do...walk two steps behind you and just do as i am told, right?" He underplayed it just to get her worked up about the subject. "Say yes mistress...no, mistress."
Looking at her again he notices something and glares at her. "Your going to have way to much fun with this aren't you...."

"What do i have to do...walk two steps behind you and just do as i am told, right?" He underplayed it just to get her worked up about the subject. "Say yes mistress...no, mistress."
Khari smiled predatorially, letting her hands drop to his shoulders where they gave him a gentle, yet firm squeeze. Diligently, she looked rather mock-sympathetic at him as she sighed and shook her head, tendrils of her newly arranged hair falling about her shoulders like liquid shadow.
"Poor, deluded Tress...you go on believing that, it will make things easier for you when you find out the truth." And then she winked at him again, so full of promise and amusement both, his next words couldn't have been better timed if he had tried.
"Your going to have way to much fun with this aren't you...."
"Whatever gave you that idea?" She said, expression innocent, even as she nodded in the affirmative truth, "Yes, I believe I am...and me without a frying pan...pity."
Dipping into the concealed pocket in the robe she had discarded over the chair the day before, she pulled out a slimline comm and thumbed it on, speaking a few words of request into it whilst keeping her gaze on Tress all the while, almost feeding off the fact he really did know what he was getting himself into, and that made it funnier to boot.
"...as soon as we arrive, yes. Indeed, you heard me correct...until then, then." Snapping the device shut, she replaced it back into that pocket, and nodded resolutely at him. "All set...now all we need do is dock."

"Poor, deluded Tress...you go on believing that, it will make things easier for you when you find out the truth." And then she winked at him again, so full of promise and amusement both, his next words couldn't have been better timed if he had tried.
He looked at her and didn't like the sound of that one bit. She was going to have way to much fun with his ignorance in this matter. Pay him pay for past actions all in one fell swoop. What a woman!
"Yes, I believe I am...and me without a frying pan...pity." Ah yes now he realized his ultimate mistake....but getting her back would be fun. Plus he had a few ideas of his own if this went where he thought it was heading.
"The idea....well look at you you are practically laughing, but acting as if you are innocent." He makes a rude nose and grabs her waist to pull her closer and whispers threateningly. "Remember...retrobution." Is all he said before kissing her quickly on the lips.
Turning she goes and makes a call, talking to someone on the other side. "...as soon as we arrive, yes. Indeed, you heard me correct...until then, then." trying to listen in on the conversation he raises a eyebrow questioningly.
"All set...now all we need do is dock."
Nodding he studies her and shrugs. "OK, I'll bite...who was that you spoke to?" Just then there was a slight thump signifying they had landed somewhere. "It appears we are here..."

"Remember...retrobution." She heard him whisper to her, the threat sinking in fully as he sealed it with a kiss, her lips responding to the pliant nature of his own, and she had barely the chance to utter the words "Is twice as sweet when earned well." before she pulled him back and claimed his lips fully.
"OK, I'll bite...who was that you spoke to?"
Caught slightly off pace, Khari's brows beetled into a frown at that question, and then glanced back at the comm she had replaced in that pocket of that robe and understood. She had already put the conversation out of mind as well as literal sight, it wasn't anything he didn't know already.
"Well I had to get someone to fetch those robes over here, didn't I?" She explained with a flourish of one hand, then paused, stilling completely save for the disbelief in her visage "Wait...you didn't expect me to do all the fetching and carrying did you?"
She issued a faint bark of laughter that was every bit as deliberate as that last sentence, shaking her head as she fended off the urge for her shoulders to rise and fall along with her snickering. "No no no....that will be your job."
The slight bump that gently rocked the craft was what interrupted her before she could dig that hole any deeper just for the fun of it. And so they were here....not bad timing considering.
"There shouldn't be a landing comittee, so do you want to change here or somewhere else? I would advise here, of course, easier to explain that much, I can simply say the person I was travelling with wished to return home as soon as possible. No one need be any the wiser."
