Everything else was forgotten as she took the bait and turned to see what he had been looking at. There had been something in her eye, it had quickly passed, but he was sure it was suspicion and disappointment.
He leaning closer to whisper something in his ear, forced him to close his eyes and take in her scent. She was to close and the effect she had on him was incredible. He fought the urge to turn his head to places his lips on the smooth curve of her neck. In the end he only turned and said softly, not even knowing if she heard or not. "True lust...if i feel that its for you, Khari." He stands and looks at her as she walks aways. "Seems like the hunt is on...."
Following her he keeps his distance, at the lift he waited until she entered and kept an eye on the level she was at. Then when it stopped he followed her up on the other lift. He stepped out just in time to see her entering her own room, to his right down a long hallway. Walking up to the room, he memorizes the room number.
Looking left and right to makes sure no one was around he started thinking as he stood in front of her room. Finally he chuckles as he came up with a plan. Going to the room next to hers he knocks and presses the chime. Doing it several times with no answer, he reaches into his inner jacket pocket and pulls out a lock breaker. Just a simple device that could be used to bypass certain low level locks and security systems and steps into the room.
"Anyone home?" He says loud enough to be heard in the room. Finding it empty, he goes out to the balcony and looks around smiling. There it was he thought, not far away and easily reached. Walking to the rail he swings his leg over and then the other, jumping to Khari's balcony....

The second she stepped into her suite the urge to simply curse alloud her inability to see what her instincts were trying to tell her was overwheming. But she restrained that urge, barely, when she leaned back against the door tiredly. It hadn't been the kind of night she had been expecting. But truly, what had she expected?
The sound of movement in the next room reminded her acutely of the fact she wasn't alone here and caught off guard, she must have looked slightly startled, as from the adjoining bedroom area appeared a man swathed in heavy purple and red robes, though he was minus the audaciously tall hat that usually crowed him. Worn upon his face, as ever, was an impassive expression which turned to what khari considered concern.
"Is everything well, mistress?" He asked, and Khari nodded her eyes still somewhat distant.
"Yes," she responded, pushing away from the door to head for the rooms compact living area, settling down upon an elegant divan, "At least, I believe so."
It wasn't like her to share much with the likes of her Telbun, but since the whole nature of her being here did pertain in large to having acquired him, she had felt herself being more open with him compared to how she might have behaved on Kuat. The Telbun's questioning gaze told her that she hadn't been that convincing in her reassurance, and even though she had smiled thinly, he still averted his gaze when she looked at him. As it should be, she thought, but something had played on her mind. Though for the life of her, she couldn't be sure why.
She patted the space beside her with one hand, invitingly, backing that up with words. "Come, sit with me a while, I could use the company..." she said, waiting until he had done and had chosen to reply.
"More tedium mistress? Or is this another matter?" it wasn't his place to ask, Khari thought, and nearly berrated him for asking, but her mind was elsewhere and the fault was as much her own as his.
"No, just a chance encounter with the tourist life here...but I digress." She waved off that thought with an uncaring gesture, but inside felt a pang of irritation and almost hurt. Idly, she wondered if Tress was enjoying himself down there with that token beauty he'd been so interested in. Little did she realize she had missed his verbal response.
"Kharitel, did you ever wish your lot in life had been a different one?" She asked, using his kuati possessive title, she knew not his birth name.
For a second, Khari could have sworn she saw surprise glaze over the other mans dark eyes, but it was eclipsed by years worth of conditioning in an instant.
"No, it is an honour to even be considered for this role, I-"
he never got to finish those words, the sound of something or someone clambering onto the suites balcony caused Khari's attention to snap round in the direction of the open doors, alarming her enough to begin reaching for the small hand held blaster she often secreted upon her person. That was until the motion sensitive lights lit up the balcony space like a coruscanti skylane.
"Tress?!" The words left her lips a pure exclaiamation, and she was already rising to get a better look. "What in the name of the pearlimain trade spine are you doing?"
Casting a glance back at Vestra Kharitel, she seemed to intuitively answer his silent question. "The tourist life I mentioned earlier.". Then fixed her attention back on Tress "Do you know how high up we are? How did you...no, no wait, don't tell me, your little friend from the terrace, turn you down when she saw sense?"
the clipped nature of her tone was only accented perfectly by just that, her accent. But she was quick to follow it up with a wince of concern.
"Get away from that edge!"

He had made it to her balcony, happy in the fact that he had made it, but when the lights turned on he knew he had been caught. There she was speaking to him, a look of concern on her face before she brought up the scene down below. "I came to see you of coarse..." he said as he was slipping on the ledge. "....If only for one last time. Yes, we are VERY high up thank you very much. " He chose to ignore her comment about the pretty lady downstairs. It made him sort of happy to know it bothered her to such an extent.
Her turning back to talk to someone made him lose his concentration and lose his balance, his feet sliding off the ledge so the only thing holding him up was his grip on the rail. Her order to stay away from the edge came a bit to late. There he was holding on for dear life, wondering what or who she was talking to back in the room.
She rushed to help him and all he could think to say was. "Nice legs...." and that mischievous smile played on his lips even though he was in danger of falling to his death.

As Tress slipped Khari's eyes went wide, causing her to dash to the windows ledge, looking down to see him still clinging there for dear life, and still he kept that grin plastered to his face. She wasn't sure if she should slap him before she helped him up. Her better senses winning out on this one, she grasped ahold of his hands at the wrists and braced her feet against the lip of the ledge as she leaned back towards the room.
"You know, most people would have tried knocking on the door..." She grumbled, taking up much of the strain, but he was heavier than she was and unless she wanted to go over the edge too she was going to have to do something serious about it. Looking back over her shoulder, she once again spoke to the person who had remained out of Tress' line of sight.
"A little assistance here? The good Senator seems to have forgotten his jetpack."
Without hesitation, the telbun took up place next to Khari, freeing up one of her hands to take ahold of the one her other hand was barely clinging to and between the two of them, they managed to pull Tress up and over the guard rail, collapsing into the room in a disarrayed heap. Still muttering all manner of indecipherable curses, Khari got to her feet without help, shaking out the creases in her clothes only to step back when she saw where Tress' line of sight could have taken him - and in case he felt like making another wisecrack about any other part of her anatomy.
Hand on hip, she tapped her foot impatiently, ignoring her ever present shadow for a moment in favour of finding out what had possessed Tress to decide to do what he had. The man was insane...and giving into the part of her that liked that idea was not an option right now.
"Get up..." Khari sounded off in exasperation, "or i'll feel like I have to get down there with you"
Catching herself before she went any further, she realized what she had said and how that could be construde. Shooting him a stern and rather highly strung glare, she hoped that would be enough of a deterrant to keep him off that particular line of suggestion. But she didn't verbalize that and that, had she considered it more carefully, was more telling than anything she could have said through body language.
"Do you normally make a complete fool out of yourself for the sake of visiting people every day, or is this a once in a lifetime opportunity?" She asked, in clipped tones.
"Should I call security, mistress Vestra?" The voice of her telbun lilted over the sounds of her own mind doing loops, and her reaction was a quick one.
"No need, I don't think he was about to make off with the fixtures and fittings...at least not yet." Khari fixed Tress with a bewildered glance, "Correct?"

He was hanging for dear life when she said something that almost made him lose his grip. She helped him considerably when she grabbed his wrist to hold him up, using the other hand he took most of his weight so not to pull her down with him, but he did find the time to say. "Knocking on the door...would have been easier, but this way i get points for being creative." He was trying to impress her, but it turned out to not so well planned out. Maybe he should try to sneak in to more woman's balconies just for practice.
There she spoke over her shoulder again talking to someone, then suddenly there was a man there standing next to her and grabbing his other wrist to pull him up. Finding himself on the floor of the balcony, he looks from one to the to the other. Trying to understand what was going on. Could he be a servant...but, why not a female one, then? Honestly, he was starting to get jealous and he didn't have the right to feel that way. So he did what he always did, he hid what he was feeling by covering it up with a flirtatious reply. "I like the sound of you 'feeling' you have to get down here with me....but, since your otherwise engaged for the night. "
Getting up and dusting himself off, he looks at the male again, then back to Khari. "Uh, maybe i should have realized you would be with someone. Breathe taking girl like you...why wouldn't you be. " Nodding to both of them, he starts walking to the front door. "If you'll excuse me, I apologize for interrupting your...tryst or whatever. "

Catching her breath long enough to hear him make his excuses, or rather watch him put two and two together and make five. Khari stood almost exasperated when Tress indicated to both she and the Telbun, who was now standing ever quiescent in the background, Khari speaking as though he wasn't even there. She had to wonder why Tress would react the way he had when he'd seemed fairly open minded about the whole thing earlier. Perplexing...but then most offworlders were.
"Excuse me?" She didn't quite follow at first, and then when he started making for the door, that frown she had been making with both brows smoothed out into a rather surprised look.
Traversing the space towards the door, Tress continued muttering his excuses, something about her having a tryst here, which might not have been entirely unfounded given the circumstances, but as it stood this wasn't the case. Instead, she began to cross the distance too, but at a far more brisk pace, catching him as he was reaching for the doors touch pannel.
"Wait a moment..." She said, a little more urgently than she would have liked to sound, but this was something of an urgent situation, she supposed. "...What exactly do you think....you think he and I?"
It was more than she could do to keep herself uttering another giggle. But she didn't, doing that again would have only made her embarrassment rise further. As it was it wasn't seemly to be chasing after someone unless she had due cause...which she told herself she would have when she was done. And there was that indiscribably flutter in her stomach again, the second he turned that rogueish gaze on her. The things he could do to someone with those eyes, she thought inwardly, then berrated herself for it again for another heartbeat.
Placing a hand gently in the way of his hand that was reaching for the door activation, she planted herself in his way, though really, if he had wanted to move her, it would not have taken much to do so.
"There is nothing of the sort going on, he is Telbun, yes...but that shouldn't reflect on all my interactions with him, we were merely discussing some things when you..." She gestured vaguely in the direction of the balcony, "...did that. What I am trying to say is, if there is any trysting going on in this building tonight then you have walked in on the wrong room...oh stars that sounded worse than it was meant to.
She was floundering and this wasn't like her, and here in front of kahritel too. Trying to take charge of the situation within herself, she took a deep breath and exhaled slowly, holding herself aloft as gracefully as she were able, before continuing.
"I was under the impression that you had had enough of my company for one evening."

He wasn't paying attention until her hand settle on his, then he looked into her eyes and was lost again. He just stood there looking at her, everything else didn't matter just the moment. "Its not easy for me to admit i am jealous...but i am. I came here thinking you were alon....What?"
A telbun, she said. Looking over his shoulder he looks again at the male in heavy robes, then back to her. Well, this was different. What was he suppose to feel now? Jealousy still? Let it slide just cause he was what he was....which was a means to an end for Kuati. The jealous was still there, but in the background now.
Then the jealousy sparked back to a fiery blaze. "Walked into the wrong room, did I? " Was she insinuating that she and the telbun would have been....letting her finish speaking he pulls her into his arms and kisses her. It was meant to claim and possess. To elicit a response back from her. To show her, he never wanted her to have left him down stairs. To give her the impression of things barely starting between them....

He was mid flow when he seemed to stop himself as he finally managed to grasp what she had been trying to tell him all along. Not that it would have been easy for him, but there it was.
She followed his gaze as Tress cast it back to where the telbun was standing, looking back at them both for the time being, perhaps wondering if this was going to escalate into something he really would have to call security for. Though as yet, he hadn't moved a muscle. But throughout that little exchange, the one thing she had ascertained was he had mentioned jealousy....had she heard that right?
"You would be jealous?"
Now she was dumbfounded again, she had refused to listen to her own head when it had given her the feelings that she had been jealous over the little scene he had caused downstairs, and now it was becoming clear to her why... He had done that on purpose.
Infuriated and embarrased that she had fallen for such a tactic both, she was about to draw herself up again and rebuke him for using such underhanded means on her when he beat her to the finishing line by cutting the talk all together, pulling her against him and kissing her of all things, fully, completely. And despite her better sensibilities, she kissed him back, deepening the motion for the most subtle of seconds before drawing away, still wearing that look of incredulous bewilderment.
If the Telbun across the way had felt anything to the contrary of this situation, he didn't voice it, it wasn't his right to do so, not unless Khari herself would have asked him to. And she didn't.
With surprise turning to something more, the Kuati woman leaned back against the door for support, had that just happened? And the resonant heat in her skin told her it had... In a knee-jerk reaction she slapped him, hard across the cheek stinging the bone beneath as she drew herself up haughtily and glared dangerously at him.
"That is for earlier...and for thinking you could break in here and accuse me of...well...you know."
Near quivering with repressed outrage, something seemed to calm in her then, though the angry look she had shot him didn't fade, not until she grabbed him by the front of his tunic and pulled him against her, hard, kissing him in precisely the same way he had managed to catch her off guard.

He got what he wanted when he felt her return the kiss. It was even more that he had hoped for, sweet and addictive. When she deepened it, he slid his tongue over her lower lip just as an inducement to let him taste more of her sweetness, but she pulled away and leaded against the door with a look of shock or awe. He was never sure which.
The slap he didn't see coming, and was hard enough to turn his head. Hand on cheek he rubs it as he looks back at her, his eyes glittering in devilish delight...and future retribution. She was trembling with outrage it seemed, and something more like desire.
"I will repay....." Then he was back in her arms and she was kissing him in the same pent up lust filled embrace he had had her in earlier. She was claiming what she wanted and it was her turn to give him the impression of things barely starting.
This time he would not be stopped from her sweetness. His tongue sliding along her lips before plundering the sweetness beyond. His body was saying, 'Don't think, just go with the moment.' the rest of him wanted to make sure she wanted him as much as he wanted her....

Warming to the situation wasn't the word, a rapid heat flushed through her senses that told her everything she was doing felt just fine, better than fine, it was ecstatic. Her lips working softly against his, tongue sliding between his lips to coax and tease his own into acting against hers. And she couldn't help but pull him back against her this time, arms snaking around his shoulders, one travelling up the way to caress the side of his neck, cupping his jaw and tentatively keeping him there for a lingering moment.
When next she drew away, she hated to admit it, but she was almost completely speechless. That, she surmised, she had been holding in a while, and she wasn't sure how he was taking this, but that stirring she had felt before had become a raging fire within her, consuming much of her usual grip on control and she was all too happy to go along with it. Inhibitions, she recalled, had never been something she tended to have many of, but this surpassed that.
"And that is for the kiss." It was one of the few things she had felt she could get away with right now, but did she really need to get away with anything? Wasn't much ripe for the taking anyway? Perhaps...
"You were, uhh...saying?" She managed to breathe, a little flustered, she wasn't certain what she had interrupted him saying, but it had, no doubt, everything to do with that slap, she supposed. Keeping her expression as innocent as she was able, she inhaled deeply, taking in his scent and comitting it to memory, he had tasted sweet himself, reminiscent of the fruit they had been sampling before she had found cause to leave him at the table.

Hands that were resting on her hips as he pulled her closer, slid up her sides fingers spread wide as they travel up her body. Her tongue playing havoc with his caused him to stop and moan deep in his chest. She was too much, and he knew there was allot more to come from her. That in itself cause a funny feeling in the pit of his stomach.
When she pulls away he sways on his feet, before laying both hands on either side of her body, his head bowed down against his chest and breathes. "If that was for the kiss....i should make it a habit from now on." He could still taste her on his lips, as he sucked on his bottom one.
He was having trouble keeping track of what she was saying. The urge to pick her up and march off to her room was driving him mad. Shaking his head, he says. "I hope you...." He started off, then changed his mind and went with his urges. Looking up at her eyes, his own dark with desire, he whispers. "Your room...where is it?"

Khari smiled at his initial comment, a glint in her eye that told him more than any words could have. That she might well have done more had the circumstances been a little different, had they known eachother a little better, say. Her smile broadened when she felt the way he was holding her, so intent on more, it bespoke a thousand things in it's self, and very posessive. That was most intriguing of all, how he had cited that he was jealous from the beginning and the way he had acted when he had seen she was in here with her Telbun, she almost wondered if she could have had some fun with that. Time would tell.
And that was when he had asked her which way her room was, and her smile broadened a little on the sly and knowing side. This was about to get very interesting. And while she was certain her telbun hadn't heard what had been uttered quietly to her, not to mention quite how suggestive, she knew he'd be able to tell what was being suggested if just by the manner the pair of them were acting. Not that his feelings mattered to her, or rather, they shouldn't have, he knew his place enough. But she did have to wonder how Tress was going to take her next statement. No time like the present, she supposed.
"Where the only bedroom in this suite is..." She nodded her head slightly to the side, indicating the direction in which he would need to go, "...feeling tired, are we? No other rooms you could have broken into get a nap in before this one?"
Leaning in again, she drank in the scent of him, kissing his lips softly, a mere ghost of a kiss that left even her wanting for more, uttering her next words against him.
"Or was there something more you would ask of me?"

He liked that smile that came to her lips, it made him want to see it there more often. Even if this one was more of the sensual type and not the humor type. His hand reached up on its own accord just to allow his thumb to stroke her full bottom lip.
Looking in the direction of where the bedroom she pointed out, then back at her just in time to receive more of her sweet kisses. "Not a nap...i had other things on my mind. But we can nap afterward just to start all over again." He tells her, his voice raspy with his growing desire. "There was only one room i wanted to get too....and i am here." There was only one room in the suite, that made him wonder where the telbunny had slept the night before....there it was, that jealousy flaring to live again. Let him join them so he can watch what would happen between them. He would put on a show of claiming her to put him in his place.
Her last question had him smiling in devilment, how to answer such a loaded question. In the end he told her truthfully. "By the end of the night there will be much i will ask of you, but it will only be what you willingly want to give....." He was going to make her work hard to achieve that ultimate goal, always teasing her to the edge then making pulling back and making her wait. ....over and over through out the night.
Scooping her into his arms he starts walking to the bedroom. "Tell him to follow..." He whispers close to her ear, is a seductive draw.

Khari could see his mind working overtime and was all too happy to let it wander, it would give him fuel for the imagination if nothing else, let a little bit of that jealousy seep into his machinations, it had fuelled his abruptness before he had taken those first few tentative steps.
"I know precisely what you meant, and more to ask you say? Shouldn't I be aware of what I am getting myself into?"
She would let him read into that double entendre as much as he wanted, that had been the point, what she wasn't expecting was for him to pick her up, she had always been one to move of her own volition, much less be carried by someone. But despite her inner maddam protesting profusely at his undeniably roguish chivalry, she chuckled slightly, holding on for the ride.
He was certainly full of surprises, and the manner in which he had uttered those words did unimaginable things to her mind, made her want to tell him to hell with the other room, if this was the only one he'd had in mind, why not let this play out right here? To say he had ignited that spark within was an understatement, and it was all too clear to hear in her own voice, laced with lust to the degree it was literally dripping with promise.
As she had expected, it had been a little much not to expect the telbun to at least follow their current path with a glance, and catching word of what Tress had uttered to her, she motioned to Kharitel with the single crook of a slender finger, bidding he follow, before shooting Tress a most curious glance. So much for the jealousy...or was this something more?
"This just gets more interesting by the second..."

Smiling he wanted to answer that question more than she would ever know. So he whispers it into her ear as he nibbles on her ear lobe. He would have taken her there, but he wanted to claim, to possess her and even in his own sick way of thinking do it in front of her telbunny. He wanted the pleasure of dismissing him from the room, after they had had their fill, a room that he himself would be staying in and he wouldn't. He didn't know if it would effect the other man, but it would sooth his own jealousy claiming her in front of him. If things were reversed it would have drove him mad, watching and not able to do anything. Inside the room, Tress looks around and nods in approval. Spacious and had a large bed, his kind of room. Placing her on her feet by the bed, he looks her over as if salivating over a tasty meal. She still had that exquisite dress on, hugging all the right places. His hands slide over her neck cupping it on both sides his thumps lifting her chin as he kisses her quickly. Then again and in between kisses he tells her. "He stays where he is by the door, no matter what happens he is not to move or I swear I will kill him." His voice which had started out seductive undertone, ended with a violent bite to it. His eyes were hard and hid the emotions he was truly feeling. It was all part of the game, danger and the unknown. He was a stranger, she didn't know who he was really, in the back of her mind would have been the phrase. 'What did i get myself into.?' But she was stronger than that, though even the strongest get that unknown tingle shooting up their spine.....be it desire of being with a bad guy, or the famous fight/flight response Though he stood and waited for her to decide on her own, the choice was always hers......
