"My real father?" She walks up to Pappy, takes the datapad out of his hand and studies the picture closely. She frowns, there are some vague memories but she can't remember anything concrete.
She sighs in frustration. "I'm sorry, Pappy...I can almost remember, but I think maybe I was too young when the Emperor took me."

Luke senses Mara's mood, and sends calming thoughts toward her. He watches and listens intently as she studies the datapad but comes up empty.

He shrugs...from what he can piece together she couldn't have been more than 4 or 5 when she was taken. "Well that's our father...See he was a Shadow....and the day before The attack on Coruscant Masters Yoda and Windu tasked him with hiding some very important Jedi holocrons." He chuckles a bit "I'm sounding like Master Bron giving a history lesson. Any way after coming to Alderaan and picking up our mother he went undercover again during order 66. Fate brought him here. for years they hid here as he would do smuggling jobs to keep them surviving. Then they had you. He hoped it was all over that they were safe. The the war found them. And Vader killed our parents. He had found out while searching the old temple that some holocrons were gone. He spent years tracing them down but he never found then. But now...thanks to our father we can retrieve them. Remember yesterday when I fell? That's because I had a Force Vision. It was Dad...and from that I found the information I needed to crack the code. But it will take all of us to get to them." he looks around to see everyones reaction

Mara looks back down at the datapad. So that was her father and Vader killed him. Luke's father killed her father; Ben's grandparents killed each other. Mara decides that stranger things had happened in the galaxy and there was no use dwelling on them.
She smiles and looks up at Pappy. "Thank you for showing this to me." She hugs him tightly. "Maybe one day you can tell me about him. For now, let's go find those holocrons."

She shakes her head sadly. "At least I could go home to my parents if I really wanted to. the empire ruined so many lives, destroyed so many families." She sighs. "You look a little like him Mara. But then, so does Pappy."
She looks up at her husband. "Well, we didn't come here to chew bubblegum or kick shebs."

Standing he grins as Mara hugs him "Sure...it's been awhile and I was 14 when I saw him last. That was a long time ago....but as Gert said we came here for a reason. Let's head back to the wall with the Glyphs." and he starts walking down the passage way.

Luke falls in behind Pappy, thinking what Mara was thinking. "My father killed her father". He couldn't bring himself to say it. He thinks about Vader, no Anakin, and knows that the man that had done this had changed, had repented. Luke reaches out to Mara to comfort her, but then he feels her emotions through the Force, and knows it will be OK. She has made peace as well.
Luke thinks, "What an absolutely amazing woman." Mara turns and looks at Luke. He blushes, but can't think of the right words to say. Mara smiles back and nodds an acknowledgement that she knows what he has been thinking. It had been that way since that day in Chiss territory. If possible, Luke blushes a deeper red.

As they arrive at the wall he looks at them all...."OK to do this we are all going to have to play a role and use our skills in concert together in order to get this done. Dad wanted to make sure that if this was ever found only Jedi would be able to pull off the recovery...."

As everyone arrives he prepares them for what's to come. "OK gang here's the deal. It seems dad was tasked by no other than Yoda & Mace Windu for this mission. They informed him that they were certain the sith were going to make their move soon on the order. that being said they entrusted him with whatever is behind this wall. They also wanted to make sure it was never found and if it was it was going to take Council level Masters to achieve entry into the secure area. So thanks to some interesting intell I have come across here is what we need to do.
Gert I need you to concentrate on sending healing and energy to Luke, Mara, and me.
Mara since you are skilled in espionage and infiltration I need you to use the Force and scan for any traps and describe them to Luke.
Luke Your job as the most powerful Jedi of all of us gathered is to take the traps that Mara finds and disable them...I have a feeling you will need to keep multiple traps in stasis until I complete my part....which is using Force enhanced strength to to push aside the wall. It's my belief that as soon as I slide it back a catch will hold it and this will make all the traps inert.
Any Questions? "
He scans each one of them.

"All right. This is straight forward enough." She takes a deep breath and stretches out to the Force. "If it were me, I would have put a proximity mine..."
After thinking about it, she pinpoints the trap's location through the Force as well.
..."there. Below that crack in the wall." She sends a mental image to Luke. "Got it, Luke?"

Looks at Gert "24 miles per hour" then senses Mara beginning so he starts to draw on the Force and places his hand near the seem....preparing to move it aside as soon as all the traps are accounted for.

Luke closes his eyes, and stretches out with the Force. He finds the trap and expands his consciousness within the Force until he is looking at each and every part. He finds the safety mechanism and trips it, disarming the proximity mine. "Got it Red. Safety is on"

"African or European?" She mutters before she sits on the hard packed sand on the floor of the cave, cross legged.
She closes her eyes and assumes a st straight backed lotus blossom position. Rather than cant she simply spreads her awareness in the Force outward to the entire planet and asks the planet for help. When she feels the Force flowing through her like a conduit she disperses it to the other beings in the near vicinity, giving them strength and additional concentration as well as any healing needed to overcome the obstacles in their path.
