Bantha Roast with carrots and potatoes

*Cate comes in carrying some musical equipment with a droid following her, it is pushing a jukebox.
She has the droid set up the jukebox in the corner and power it up.
She is puts down the equipment nearby for those who would like to sing or play an instrument will have the neccesary hookups, amps and microphones.
When they finish they both leave but Cate gets an order of nachos to take with her on the way out.*
Mmmm Nachos.

She orders Nachos and lemonade.
She pays for them and sits down at a table to wait for lunch.
She goes over a list of things that need to done on her datapad while she waits.*

She walks in and snags a mug from behind the lunch counter, fills it with warm delicious brown caf and grabs a slice of pie out of the 'fridge.
"Hey Cait, mind if I join you?"

I was just going over the supply list for the temple.
*A droid comes and brings Cate her lunch.
Cate puts down her datapad so she can eat.*

She joins Cait in the booth across from her and liberally dollops fresh whipped cream on her warm pie from a bowl she'd spooned it into. She takes an appreciative bite of the pie and rolls her eyes. Heaven.
"Supply list? Building or resource? The place is looking pretty good, I'm glad Pap made the construction crew finish the cafe and dorm areas first."

"Well, the dorms gave everyone that wasn't planning on building an auxiliary home near the temple a place to go and some place to catch dinner besides my house.
The cook droids are programed with most of my good recipes anyways.
Anyways..."
She looks at the datapad and takes a stylus and starts marking the items that are going to be in short supply quickly verses those she noticed they had not been going through as much.
"Historically this is the stuff we went through most." She flips the datapad around. "The stuff in green is what I think we might need to keep better stocked due to the different environment here. We won't pick up as many random health problems because we won't be in the city any more but we will have more training injuries if we start doing outside exercises." She gives Cait a lopsided grin.
"The stuff I marked in read we haven't been using. That may change now of course."

That was my thought too.
Yes, I can see what you mean.
Hmm...
I was thinking of setting up vegetable and herb gardens along with the regular gardens.
The more we can produce ourselves the better.
What do you think?

Well a fair trade off I would say.
That is why Nick and I want get the Infirmary up and running as soon as possible.

He has a long list of things he wants for the research lab.

she pokes at the pie. "I think vegetable gardens would be great. Pap and I won't need all the grounds maintenance droids we used to maintain for the Ranch on Coruscant, if you want, we can donate about half of them after they get done adding things to the soil for our personal home.
I also think we should invest the time in outside garden areas. With enough security cameras, w don't have to make the meditation garden inside the temple any more, in fact, I'd prefer it was not. Padawans need fresh air and sunshine."
She devours a couple bites of pie.
"I have to agree with your cousin, we really need the infirmary up, running and completely stocked before too long. That reminds me, it's up to you of course but do you want me to keep the counseling office in with the infirmary as it was or would you prefer I move to the administration portion of the temple?

I know you have experience that way.
Grab any of the padawans and younglings you want to help.
It would be good experience for them helping to create and nuture the plants.

She thinks for a long moment. "Well, I don't mind shepherding padawans and plants around. It's easy enough work and we might find some that turn out really good at healing that way.
I'm open to suggestions as to the location of my office, I won't need anything specialized for the Rowdies for a while unless we start needing a team again. Gran and I will get together with you on that once she and Jango get back from wherever it is they wandered off to.
I think the reason we needed a councilor's office before was the stress of living in a place like Corusicant. I'm glad we're gone. I'd have preferred Tython but this works just as well.
That being said, it's likely we won't need someone for a while again, if we do, we should make it a Council decision as it was before.
Speaking of which, are we going to stick with our old schedule on that? We've all been so busy we haven't convened in about three weeks or more. Weirdly, I miss it.
