This site has a zero tolerance policy for harassment. This is a matter of courtesy. We are all here to have fun, and even one person disregarding the feelings of others can bring down an entire site’s moral. This includes the Cbox as well as the threads. Should a problem of harassment or discourtesy arise please keep it to YIM or PM’s. If the issue cannot be resolved in a respectful manner there, please send the offensive materials to Phil (Johnathan Kenobi) or Pappy or Gert or another admin (please see the list) via PM and they will handle it as they see fit.

• OOG ONLY, No IG RPing or gaining of knowledge IC period.
  
• No spamming the C-box.
  
• No flaming (purposefully insulting or acting hostile towards another player or staff member), be courteous to others.
  
• No impersonating other members.
  
• No advertising other sites on our site. Without first consulting a member of the admin team.
  
• No conversations/actions that would be considered more than PG-13.
  
• Gaming issues should be resolved privately or in the problem resolution area. Arguments in C-box will not be tolerated.

~*~There will be ABSOLUTELY NO God Modding (GMing). It is a zero tolerance item.~*~

Please keep all site content PG-13 unless the thread is stated otherwise.

Creativity in developing your character is encouraged; however no illogical species will be accepted. Please stick to canon Star Wars races and species. No canon characters will be allowed in game after the Q1 2015 update.

Romantic relationships are welcome; however please post [M] or [Mature] in the opening post of a thread,stating that it will have adult content within the thread,and only do your sexual posts here.

Abusive language will be tolerated,but only if used sparingly,not as a second language.

Please be mindful and courteous of other role players. DO NOT simply jump into a storyline. If a storyline is ongoing, please ask permission to join, and make sure that you read ALL of the back story so that you don’t mess up something others have been working on for an extended amount of time.

Creation of a new faction will be strictly at the discretion of the staff and must gain approval through them. Should you wish to leave a group and start a new one and it is not approved yet you may be listed as unaligned.

ABSOLUTELY No Out of Character conversations in the threads. Please leave that to the Chat Box, Email, PM, etc. (This does not include simple notes to let others know what's going on, or that you will be taking a pause in the RP.)

If something comes up, and you are to be unable to post for an extended period of time, please either let someone know, or post in the correct thread that you’re going to MIA, so story lines are not held up waiting on a single person.

There is to be NO posting for members who are banned. They are banned for a reason, and need to stay that way for their allotted amount of time.

Planet threads are only to be created by admin or planetary Mods. As are city threads. However characters are allowed to create home or base threads. If you would like a planet or city created, please post in the “Planet Request” thread, or PM/IM the planet mod or an admin, and include the name of the planet, and your reason why. Please name threads after their location name and not what you personally are doing there. I.E. 'Such and So Cantina' not ''Bartender applications'. Also keep in mind planetary affiliations, for instance a Jedi Cantina on Korriban would not be the correct place for such a thing, neither would a home for a Sith Master on Tython.

Threads not posted in for an extended amount of time may be locked and or deleted.

All duels, IG and OOG are required to follow the terms set forth in the Dueling Code of Conduct. This includes force powers and mando kits as well.

Post Time Requirements for group RPs
-Out of respect for other role players we would prefer a post happens at minimum every 24 hours. If you are unable to post inform the other players involved. If you do not inform other players permission may be granted by the admins for other players to post around you. If you repeatedly fail to inform others that you will be gone and it affects their play you may be subject to the admins posting for you to release other players from the RP.

If post will take longer either avoid a group RP, give someone permission to control you, or let others know in advance so they can decide if they are willing to spend that much time.

**Note this only applies to Roleplays where other players are involved. Personal RPs with you and NPCs are an exception.**


Signatures are allowed. Please make them of modest size as to not stretch the page.

Adult content will not be tolerated. If you have any doubt or question, take it first to an admin.

Members are not allowed to plagiarize or copy other member’s materials. The only way this may happen is with express consent of the other user.

Private messages are just that… Private, and are held to the same standards as normal threads.

Account sharing is only allowed under special circumstances, and must have prior approval from an administrator.

A member MAY NOT being role playing until they receive notification that their character sheet has been approved by an admin.

Members may have more than one playable character but must inform the staff as to which characters belong to them to avoid godmod situations. It is at the admins' discretion to allow players to have additional characters. Please respect their decision should they choose to restrict the number of characters you play.

**NEW** From January 2016 and on if you are not playing a carry over character or have not established your character(s) already then you will no longer be able to jump faction rank without approval from the Storyline Mod or an Admin. (I.E. if you start a Force sensitive character you will start as a Force-Adept and will be unaligned until you play out in the story that you join a faction or become trained by a higher ranked (more powerful) character.) This is to make the game as fair as possible to everyone.**

All administrative decisions are made by majority vote. Please respect the voting process should a ruling not go in your favor and refrain from blaming a single or group of staff members. They are here to serve the site and make decisions based on what is best for the majority of players.

Repercussions for any failure to comply with these rules are as follows: 1st offense: Warning; 2nd offense: one day ban from site and/or chat box; 3rd offense: one week ban from site and/or chat box; 4th offense: permanent ban from the site and chat box.

PLEASE READ AND SIGN BEFORE YOU BEGIN ROLE PLAYING. If a character is found not in compliance, they will be banned until compliance is met. Everyone must agree to the terms before their RPing can begin.
