*Ithilwen nods, picking up the sandwich again and eating*
Form V would be the most suited one, given your size and strength. Well, I instructed a lot of Jedi along the years.. but yes, the galaxy is small sometimes, isn't it. *smiles* Whenever you're ready we can start.

Takeda nods and finishes his sandwich.
"Please, take your time and enjoy your sandwich. We can start whenever you are ready."

*Once eaten Ithilwen gets up and starts loosening the straps of her armor, taking off chest and back plates leaving only the shoulder pads. She rolls her shoulder and neck, then stretches her legs and takes a few steps toward the centre of the cave*
Thanks again for the sandwich. Any particular condition or limitation other than the Dueling code of conduct?
*She slowly unsheathes her katana and drops in the so called Jedi ready stance, with her feet shoulder width apart, knees slightly bent and her right foot back. The hilt of the saber is held at hip height, with the tip of the blade pointing over Takeda's head. The katana is held firmly in her right hand*

Seeing Ithilwen start preparing herself, Takeda wraps up the rest of his sandwich and likewise removes the main parts of his armor and sets them off to the side, and stows his pistols into his pack.
"You are most welcome, as for terms of the duel, since this is a friendly match, I do not intend to strike to injure or kill of course. From what I have learned so far the Jedi can do, I would have to request that those abilities that effect things external to you or me directly, please refrain from."
Takeda stands and stretches, stomps his feet a few times and rube his hands together before cracking his knuckles. He performs a little bow to her, and then draws his sword slowly and with care. it is somewhat similar to a katana, however the geometry is slightly different, and most significantly the last portion of the blade is double edged. Leaving his left foot forward, he takes a relaxed stance with his blade held low and to the right at hip level, his left hand at the butt of the hilt, and his right just below the hand-guard.

No worries, I never use Force powers much anyway... mostly to enhance my speed or jumps.
*She tilts her head*
Nice blade... and I see you don't strike first either. Ok then... I'll start, just this one time.
*Smirks, then steps forward with her left foot and when she steps forward with her right foot she slashes down at his wrists; without waiting if she succeeded or not she turns her wrist to cut along his left leg, from knee to left hip.*

With a grin and a quick "Thank you" Takeda raises his hilt, keeping the blade angled down and back protecting his hands from the initial strike.
As she launches the second strike, he steps forward with his right foot, and releases his grip with his right hand, allowing the blade to angle down in a shallow arc to block the blow to his legs. His free right hand lashes out in a hammer blow to her sword-arm in an attempt to disarm her.
He finishes with a sliding step back turning back to face her and raising his blade tip towards her to cover against a sudden lunge or cut.

*When Ithilwen notices the hand striking she bats it away with her open left hand, pushing it to her right enough to just brush her arm, while her right shoulder gets pushed backward She grins at him and steps back with her right foot thinking at first he was about to add another attack, then raises her left foot enough to aim a roundhouse kick at his right knee; bringing it down quickly she follows up with a short upward slash at the joint of his left thigh with the belly, cutting from his right to left*

Her strength was deceptive, her deflection of his strike to her wrist packed more force than he thought her size would be easily capable of. As she grins, he cannot help but do the same, and as the roundhouse to his knee comes around, he crouches slightly lowering his center of gravity and blocks with his empty right hand, his wrist attempting to envelop her leg and hold in to his hip.
As her accompanying cut comes, he dips his sword in a parry, then clears her sword as she recovers, no warrior as skilled as her would press it and get doubly bound up. With a further grin and a brief nod, He gives her leg a hearty heft to send her over backwards in a cart-wheel flip to give them both useful distance once again, fully expecting her Jedi self to do something interesting with it.
