Middle Distance

Middle Distance was the valley on Zonama Sekot where the Ferroans first settled in 89 BBY.

As always his day begins walking the region around the academy, patrolling and scouting for Yuuzhan Vong and others that might cause trouble for the Grey Jedi. It was a routine of his part exercise and part meditation, keeping his force abilities sharp and his skills honed.

Stopping at the foot of a hill, he stops and kneels studying tracks leading off into the distance. Knowing there was a new village of sorts that was started not long ago in the distance he follows them to check it out. A mile or so walking the trail he stops and decides it better to be discreet about snooping around the village, so walks into the surrounding tapasi. Using the force to sense danger and more importantly blind spots that would indicate Vong close by he silently moves through the shadows cast by the huge tree like tapasi.

Sensing nothing out of the ordinary he stands behind a tree, on the other side is a clearing and nestled in the middle is the newly formed Yuuzhan Vong village......

Scanning the distant village Volk sees nothing out of the ordinary. Mostly just natural village defenses and Vong moving around preforming day to day activities. He stays there a couple of more minutes before moving away back to the Grey Jedi Temple. It was almost time for Aeron and Angel to get up and he wanted to be there for that.

Turning he leaves just as quietly not leaving a sign that he was there, hurrying through the Tapasi he acts as if he was in a obstacle course leaping, swinging and running seeing if he still had his agility. Coming out of the thick tapasi jungle he see the Temple in the distance and smiles.
