Takeda checks his chronometer and notes the time. "Promise me you will let us know if you encounter anything... That thing was more interested in the two of you than it was me... just be careful."
Thinking to himself as he watches her go... She really needs to get out of that office more often.
He goes over to a console and fumbles with it trying to get the docking bay back up online.

Cait peeks her head back in. You can count on it. I rather not be some creature's lunch, thanks. I would give them indigestion. She says humorously then disappears back into the corridor.
She walks along the corridor cautiously with her knife in her hand. Its eerily silent as she walks. She can hear in the distance behind her Takeda and Hana's movements in the cargo bay. She comes to an intersection. Right, left or straight? She thinks. Eenee, Meenee, Minenee, Moe. Which way to go? She says drolly to herself.

After several fumbled finger minutes Takeda manages to get the loading dock operational again. He pulls a com out of his pants pocket and calls Dweezel letting him know to dock.
He goes over and starts shuttling the crates and the damaged droids to the bay, after a short while he checks his chronometer and wonders if Cait found anything good.

Cait decides to go right and walks along the corridor and comes to a large open room to what looks like the gem sorting area. There are small open crates along one wall. Several long tables with scales, magnifying glasses, polishing equipment and various tools. There are several loose gems scattered on the various tables. A couple of the crates are full of unpolished gems. Well, well what do we have here?
Cait takes out her comm to contact Takeda.
Takeda, Cait here I think I found something you should see. Go down the corridor when you come to the intersection go to the right. I think I've found the gem sorting room and there seems to be a couple small crates of the unpolished gems here that were missed when they left.

Takeda pulls out his com again and answers, listening to Cait's words. "On my way."
Takeda looks over to Hana, giving a jerk of his head in the direction Cait indicated to her, and then follows Cait's instructions and arrives a few moments later.
Seeing what Cait found as he enters, he gives the Kwa version of a whistle.
"I think maybe we should box the equipment up and take it to your brother."

She is examining one of the gems left on the table when Takeda enters and gives his version of a whistle. She looks up and smiles.
Yeah that was pretty much my reaction too.
Do you think these are good enough? She holds up the gems in front of her on the table.
I'm not sure but I think they only took the most valuable gems with them. The ones they could easily get their hands on. She lightly touches one that she is drawn to it has light purple and blue undertones to it. It glows softly when she touches it.
I think I'm going to keep this one though if you don't mind?
She thinks about his suggestion. I don't see why not unless you want to leave it here for start up operations of the new station's management?

Looks through the assorted stones.
"We are going to have to be very very careful with these. If we get too many into the market too fast, it will crash and that will not be good for us, and not fair to other people in the business. I might have some questionable morals at times, but I will not go so far as to hurt other innocent people. And no, I know you would not either, I am just saying it needs careful management. I think with this haul, were going to have to go to the Empress Teta System and find a reputable broker to release these on a schedule. I suppose most of it should go to this Lando you mention, these are his earnings after all, we will just take a recovery fee percentage off the top."

I agree. We wouldn't want to devalue the market. That wouldn't do anyone any good. I'm sure Luke would want some of these as well. Of course I would agree that careful management would be for the best all around. It sounds you have a plan of action. Do you know of one Takeda?
Because Collin might have a suggestion on one. He deals with them more than I do for his work.
Hmmm yes I suppose that would be fair. Maybe have Luke talk to Lando he might be able to come up with some kind of arrangement that would satisfy everyone.
So how do you want to do this? She indicates the crates of unpolished gems.

Looks at the crate and shakes his head in disbelief.
"Let us take it back with us. That way your brother can at least go over it all and he can figure out how best to put the equipment to use. The stones need to go back and secured and graded... Any of them that are particularly gifted with the force need to be turned over to the Order for constructive use... well or to your brother. What do you think, reasonable?"

I agree let's take them back with us. He would love to do that I'm sure. He might even be able to use some of this equipment.
You're right about that these shouldn't be left here unsecured they are too valuable. Some people would kill to get their hands on gems this valuable.
I would give them to Collin to check and grade he would be able to tell if there were any as you say that were "gifted" with the Force. That sounds fair to me and reasonable.
She slips the gem she had preference for into one of the pouches on her belt. She hands the other to Takeda.
Here take this. I will gather the others on the tables if you want to grab the crate? Or do you have another suggestion?

Takeda looks over the stone he is handed and makes a happy little smirk as he puts it in his pocket. He reaches down and picks up the crate.
"Dweezel should have the last of the other crates secured on the ship. Is there anything more you want to check out here?"

Cait has found a small empty container on one of the tables and has started picking up the loose gems. She puts them into the container. But she looks up from what she is doing when Takeda asks. Is there anything more you want to check out here?"
She looks around for a moment then shakes her head. No, I think we got the most important stuff at the moment. We can always come back later and explore more, the station isn't going anywhere. I'm ready to go. Unless you want to explore more?

"Once we get these things stowed, I guess we are all set. Exploring the station further would be a good idea, but I agree, there is probably not much more here, I was not planing to gut the whole station."
He grins and then adjusts the load of the crate in his arms with a grunt.
"Plus I do not want to leave Dweezel too long with those security droid parts... He gets funny ideas."

She gathers up the last of the loose gems into the small container. It is about 3/4 full of gems. She walks over to Takeda with the container under one arm.
Then we are in agreement. She laughs at his comment about Dweezel. Oh? Then we better get back then before he does something with them you don't want him to. She then walks to the exit. Let's go see what Hana is up to.

"I hope he has not talked her into anything." Takeda says jokingly.
As they come back into the main packing room, Takeda detours to the docking bay to load the crate of equipment. Calling back over his shoulder
"I will get this stuff stowed and the ship ready."
