Then her attention shifts back to Volk, "I blow them out of galaxy, you think .. me look bad, .. go and look at them ... just pieces ... can collect in bucket.
I join ... in shower ... awful smell."

Maybe if you good, i will give you sponge bath later..but you will stay in bed for a bit longer. The doctors are in charge of you now...I will take over the Greys, all you need to do is heal, ok.

She lays a gentle hand on Aeron's forehead.
To Aeron.*
You know how create a Force shield?
It is a little like that but instead of physical shield around you.
You create an internal one to block out the pain.
You put a mental wall between it and you.
It is still there but you don't feel it.
You block it off so that is no longer effects you.
Do you think you can do that?

You cant leave, yet...in a day or two maybe. We can ask if you can be take planet side, at least there we can move around more. But get better till then, promise me....you were really hurt bad, wife.

That is all I can ask.
You won't know until you try if you can do it.
Now what you need to do is first concentrate where the pain is and then in your mind build a wall around it blocking it from reaching you. Visualize in your mind an actual wall that will help.
Do you think you can try that?

You can learn to do this too if you want it isn't hard once you get the idea.
And it is useful for other things as well, like in battle.

"Easier to say what not hurts, Cait," she whispers and then tries to concentrate with her silly husband on her side. He and in charge ... that can be something. She is already surprised that he hasn't found himself a droid who takes care of Angel, her being still in his arms or Caits.
Aeron tries to form a shield to block out her body from neck downwards ... she can't miss out the few caresses she gets from her husband. The pain died down a bit but not totally, it is good for now.

*The Miy'Til starfighter "Redemption" jumps into orbit of Zonama Sekot, and Kite sees the new fleet around Sekot, but feels more going on around the new MC80 with the force. He feels Volk and Aeron and Cait, which makes him assume that he should probably go there.
He turns his fighter to approach the MC80 as he opens up a COM line with the MC80, and speaks softly.*

As soon as we can but it might not be for a few days.
That will be the doctor's decision.
We need to make sure you won't get worse when you are moved.
But I think you would heal better at home.
I know how much you dislike hospitals and medwards.
You need to stay in bed for awhile and you can do that at home as easily as here.

I'm sure considering all that is injured.
Try for what hurts the most first.

Good you have it.
It will get easier the more you do it and you will get better at blocking more of the pain.
