Appearance: Janus is about 1.83 meters tall and has blue skin, bright red eyes, and short black hair. He is usually seen wearing a bronze colored shirt and grey pants with green trim on his shirt and pants, denoting the colors of House Sabosen, along with black boots.
Personality: Janus is kindhearted and and gentle, stemming from his time working in infirmaries and hospitals beginning when he was a small boy. He has always had the drive to help those who are hurt, injured, or who can't defend themselves, something which has marked him as different from other Chiss. He can be shy at first, due to being ostracized by some of his peers, but once he gets to know people, he opens up and shows just how friendly and caring he can be. Janus tends to stay away from a fight, but is a formidable opponent when drawn into battle.
Weapons: a DL-44 blaster pistol aquired during his travels outside of Chiss space, a vibroblade he purchased while in the Outer Rim
Ship: Janus doesn't own one yet. He has been traveling around on public transports.
History: Jorj'anu'sabosen, or Janus to family, close friends, and outsiders, was born in 8 ABY and is a blood member of House Sabosen and the eldest of four children. His father was a well-respected doctor, so at a young age, Janus began accompanying his father to the hospitals where he worked, as the boy was expected to follow in his father's footsteps. Janus was a quick study in the science of medicine and at the age of 14, he was working full-time as his father's assistant. It was at this time that he heard about Jedi entering Chiss space to recover something that was lost to them years ago, and decided to find out more about the Jedi in general. Janus was unable to find much information, except that Jedi seemed to have mysterious and mystical powers, and the young teen soon forgot about it. When he turned 18, Janus attended medical school and graduated 3 years later, earning the pride of his father. He spent the next two years working at hospitals and infirmaries all throughout Chiss space, taking special interest in the common people who might not be able to get to a good enough doctor, sometimes even performing his services free of charge, which angered and confused a number of his peers, and his father. When he was 22, Janus was finishing up with a patient in one of the poorer sections of Csilla when several men attempted to rob the patient he was with. The patient was sick and frightened, and Janus attempted to calmly send the men out, but they just pushed the young doctor into the wall and began beating Janus's patient. After Janus cleared his head, he grabbed the assailant nearest to him and shoved him into the wall. The other two took notice and drew their charrics and fired them at Janus. Whether by instinct or something else, he somehow absorbed the energy of the charrics, then used it to create a very powerful Force push that sent all three assailants into the wall, knocking them unconscious. The law enforcement soon arrived after one of the nearby shopkeepers saw what was happening and then Janus instinctively used the remaining energy he absorbed to heal his patient completely. After going home that night, Janus remembered back to when he first learned of the Jedi and figured out that he possessed the same powers that they did. The next morning, he left his home and headed for known space to seek out the Jedi so that he may learn their ways. He traveled for over a year using public transport exploring known space and has finally secured passage to the Jedi base on Yavin 4.
