You're welcome cousin. Yes it has.
To Kaden: He really does have a great voice. Its getting him to sing that is the hard part.
She winks at Kaden so Nick can't see. Teasing him again.
Kaden grins. I know. I hear him when he sings in the refresher. I love it. I wish he would do it more outside of there. It is very sexy. She gives Nick a teasing wink and grins.
They continue to sing, their voices blending perfectly and as the light grows brighter and brighter engulfing Nick completely. The sword begins to hum in response to Nick's voice matching its sound. The shield begins to thrum in rhythm to Nick's singing.
Kaden and the children watch wide-eyed.

He grins and turns red slightly when he hears Kaden talking about him singing in the refresher. He nods his head when he sees her wink at him.
As they continue to sing, Nick watches the sword and shield and feels they power running through them both. Looking sharply at Cait, he raises an eyebrow. Speaking through the Force, "Cait, what the heck is going on? I'm feeling incredible power radiating through the sword and shield."
Kaden and the children continue to watch in amazement at the events unfolding before them. James starts to walk forward to Nick, but Kaden gently pulls him back and whispers quietly in his ear. "Not yet James. Let them finish and then you can go see your father."

Cait giggles at Kaden's teasing of Nick. I bet. Aine grins and Colin rolls his eyes.
The children grin at each other to see their parents teasing each other.
Cait hearing him through the Force answers back the same way. They are Force made weapons like your lightsaber. But unlike your saber they have intelligence and are sentient. They are joining their Force powers with yours. They are bonding to you through the Force. No one will be able to use them against you. You will now be their Master. They will fight for you and protect you.
The light is now blinding as they continue to sing.

Nick's eyes widen when he hears Cait's voice. "Sentient? How is that possible? This is truly amazing." He looks down at his sword and shield that have now bonded with him. After several minutes, the glowing subsides and he blinks his eyes looking at everyone.
He smiles softly and places the sword back into the sheath. "So, now what do we do?" He asks looking at Cait and Colin.

Cait smiles but shakes her head. I have no idea, Nick. I just know that some are. I don't think even Colin knows and he is the expert on these matters. Some of the ancient knowledge has been lost over the millennia. This art form is one of them. She chuckles and in a gently chiding mind voice says: You are a Jedi Master and you ask me this? Where the Force is concerned anything is possible. As well as you should know. Yes, it is amazing.
Cait looks back at Nick and then Colin.
Good question, Col?
Colin looks at Nick and says with a grin. Well since this was to find out about the sword and shield why don't you ask them?
Col, quit joking around. Cait says rolling her eyes..
Who said I was joking? His voice serious.
Cait just stares at him. Aine raises her eyebrows at Colin and the looks at Cait.
I think he is serious.
Kaden to Nick. Why don't you try, Ad'ika? What have you got to lose?
James runs over and tugs on his father's hand. Can I see it Daddy?
Jael looks on interested.

He nods his head. "Hmm, sentient weapons. That's something new." Nick then raises his eyebrows when Colin tells him to ask a question to the sword and shield. "Really? And they'll respond. That's just so odd."
He looks at Kaden and shrugs his shoulders and nods his head. "Okay, if you think it'll work." He reaches his left hand back and pulls out the sword. Looking at it with a slightly amused look on his face, he asks his question. "Exactly what do you do? Who made you and for what purpose do you serve?"
He looks down to see James tugging on his hand. Grinning slightly, he nods his head and crouches down and holds the sword where James can see it. "Be careful now, its very sharp James."
Suddenly, Nick feels a sharp pain through the Force and falls backwards, landing on his back side, and drops the sword. Looking up at Cait and Kaden, he holds his hands against his head. "What the frak was that?" Kaden quickly runs over and kneels down next to him and looks up at Cait as well.

Cait smiles. Actually it is something old. It is just new to you.
Colin to Nick. Yep, what good is an intelligent, sentient weapon if you can't communicate with it? Or it with you?
Cait watches as he asks the sword and shield about who made them and what their purpose is.
She then feels it and cries out from the pain that she feel through the Force of those who have just met a violent, sudden death. <<DEATH, Many deaths...>> She drops to her knees.
Colin at the same time grabs his head and groans. He feels the same things.
Aine staggers feeling it too.
James starts to cry when he feels it.
Jael gets a scared expression.
Cait to Nick. A lot of people have just died suddenly something is terribly wrong. I feel a darkness in the Force. I think a Sith is responsible. She staggers to her feet. She leans her hand against the wall.

Kaden gently takes James into her arms and tries to comfort him. "Shh, its okay James. It'll be okay. Calm down sweetheart." She looks at Nick and then at Cait. "A Sith? Great, that's all we need right now." Nick nods his head and looks at Cait, a look of dread in his eyes. "Cait, its not him is it?" He asks her meaning his nemesis, Camulus. "Maker's breath, that feeling is awful." He sighs and looks at everyone. "This might need to be investigated. We should inform Luke as soon as possible."

Cait shakes her head trying to clear it. Then looks at Nick when he asks his question. She frowns and concentrates trying to sense what she felt in the darkness and senses something familiar but not Camulus.
No, not him. I don't sense Camulus it doesn't feel like him. Someone else. She frowns again trying to figure out who. He feels familiar. I think I know him. But who? She says absentmindedly not realizing she said he.
Yes, it should. nods Yes we need to tell Luke but knowing him, he probably has already felt it too.
Aine staggers over to Colin and helps him up.
Let's not do that again. He says with a groan. Not fun.
Aine nods in agreement. Let's not.
Jael runs over to her Father for comfort. Papa!

Nick looks at Jael and holds out his arms for her and tries to calm her down. "Its okay Jael. Its passed." Looking at Kaden he nods his head softly. He then looks at Cait. "He? Its not Paymon is it? He has mysteriously returned from the netherworld of the Force." He lets Kaden take Jael and then walks over to the Orbital Control computer near them. "Damn. Logs show that Luke is currently off-world. Somewhere on Carratos." He turns to look at Cait. "Is Mara still here?"

Cait frowns and then shakes her head. No, it's not Paymon. Paymon is not entirely dark anymore. She continues to frown in concentration. Not Ire either. I am sensing them both but not to do with this.
She frowns trying to think of the Sith that might be responsible.
She looks at Nick. He is? Wow! He has been running around a lot lately. I think so unless she went with him. Why don't you leave her a message and ask her to tell Luke what we sensed.
I wish I could figure out who it is. I feel I should know who it is.

He nods his head. "Yeah, he's been pretty busy the last week or so. I think Mara's still here. Luke went by himself I think. Hold on, I'll send a message to Mara now." He walks over to the comms unit and activates it. He then sends Mara a detailed message on what was felt. He then turns off the comms unit and looks at Cait. "Okay Cait, its sent." He walks over to Kaden, James and Jael and sits down on the ground beside them after placing the sword back in its sheath.

*sighs and rubs her forehead.*
I wish I could figure out who it is. I feel I should know. There is something very familar about him.
*She sits down next to her brother and Aine. Colin gives her a hug.*

Just then her com beeps a message from Orbital control.
Master Windancer?

This is Orbital Control Kage Dooku of the Grey Order is here and he wanted to talk to the Grandmaster but he is off planet on an investiagation. Can you speak to him?
Kage Dooku? Yes of course put me through to him.
Transfering to him now.

Corey's living ship lands as he exits a couple of workers come over.
"She dont need full boys, but I am tired now where a guy can find a bed to sleep in."
Corey smiles as they look at him then turns to each other. Corey goes over an rubs Selena an he talks to her through the force an smiles as he replies back to him.

Cait after talking to Corey on the comm says to Nick.
I guess I better greet our guest. You want to come too?
She then gets up and walks out of the Command center to where the landing bays are.
She sees Corey talking to his ship.
Corey! You made it. She has a big smile.
Let me show you where your guest quarters are. She then walks to out the landing bay to the guest quarters.
Here we are. She touches the door to open it. It reveals spacious quarters, a sitting room with a bedroom and private refresher beyond.
