The Temple of the Ancients The Temple of the Ancients, also called the Temple of the Elders, was a temple on Lehon that was said to hold the secrets of the Star Forge. The temple's doors were blocked by a mysterious force field that only Rakata could bring down by performing a special ritual or by using an ancient tome, and even then, the force field would not stay down for long. The structure itself was twenty meters tall. Located on the top of the Temple of the Ancients was the summit. It contained an elevator to the main floor, as well as a disruptor field that forced starships to land, either controlled or not, on the planet. PhysicalThe Temple of the Ancients Exterior was directly in front the Temple of the Ancients. When several Mandalorians were stranded on Lehon, they built a camp there until they were killed by Revan. When Revan helped the Elder Rakata free a prisoner from the Black Rakata, the Elders performed a ritual allowing Revan into the temple. Shortly after, when the Star Forge was destroyed in the Battle of Rakata Prime, a celebration was held at the Temple Exterior, where Revan and his companions were personally awarded the Cross of Glory by Admiral Forn Dodonna. History
Jedi Civil WarRakata outside the Temple During the Jedi Civil War, Revan and his crew (Zaalbar, Mission Vao, Carth Onasi, Jolee Bindo, Juhani, HK-47, T3-M4, and Canderous Ordo), crash-landed on Lehon while on their way to infiltrate the Star Forge. Their crash-landing was caused by the disruptor field installed within the temple. With their ship damaged and in need of repair, Revan set out with his companions to scout out the area for possible replacement parts from the other crashed ships which littered the area and to find a way to shut down the disruptor field. Revan met with The One, a leader of the Rakata (the race inhabiting Lehon), who made him a deal. The One would help him enter the Temple of the Ancients if Revan brought back an ancient tome from the Elders, another tribe living on Rakata Prime. Revan, however, sided with the Elders, who then allowed Revan access to the Temple. The priests had only started their ritual when Juhani and Bindo rushed up to them and told them they had sensed great danger in the temple, and they couldn't let Revan face it alone. At first the priests refused, but Revan used the Force to persuade the priests, and they let the three in. In addition to battle droids and a number of Dark Jedi and Sith who had been sent to the temple by Darth Malak, they discovered an ancient computer terminal which gave them the secrets to the Star Forge and the way to disable the tractor beam that brought them down to Rakata Prime in the first place. But they encountered what they least expected: a former Jedi named Bastila Shan, corrupted by the dark side. When the redeemed Jedi Revan came to the summit to deactivate the shield, which prevented the Ebon Hawk from taking off, along with Jolee Bindo and Juhani, they encountered Shan, who was their companion before being captured by Darth Malak and tortured into submitting to the dark side. After a lightsaber duel, Bastila tried to convince Revan to reclaim his title as the Dark Lord of the Sith, but Revan refused. Bastila fled, and Revan deactivated the disruptor field generated from the summit. Darth Revan's LegacyThousands of years later, Darth Bane would arrive at the Temple to seek its secrets. In the lowest sublevel, he finally found Darth Revan's holocron. Bane studied from it extensively until it lost power and died. He would use the information in the holocron to form the Order of the Sith Lords, which eventually brought down the Old Republic and nearly destroyed the Jedi. Inside the Temple, he was confronted by the Sith Lord Kas'im. Bane and Kas'im engaged in a protracted duel that eventually moved to the steps of the Temple. Bane was then able to kill Kas'im by striking him with a powerful wave of Force energy that brought down the Temple entranceway around him. Bane then departed, and the further history of the Temple is unknown.

Shadow pilot's his assult ship across the surface of the planet and approaches the continent. He slows the ship down as he nears the Temple and lands at the top of it. He exits the ship and walks over to a control console and pushes a button. Deep within the Temple a rumbling sound is heard as the force field generator is activated and a bluish-silver force field appears around the Temple.
Shadow turns around and walks into the Temple and makes his way down into the main floor of the Temple and walks down the silent passageway and into the Temple's vast control room. He walks over to the galaxy map holo table and activates it. A holographic representation of the galaxy appears. He pushes a few buttons and the map zooms in on the Outer Rim. He pushes one more key and the map locks onto the world of Yavin IV. Tilting his head sideways, he grins slightly behind his mask. "Ah, that's where they're at now. Interesting it would be there." He mutters quietly.
Tapping a key on an adjoining console, a screen appears before him of a young woman's bio life signs. Behind the mask, a look of pure rage crosses the man's face. "Dammit, he finally found the cure for her. Guess I wasn't subtle enough." He taps another key and sees that the woman is awake and active. "Excellent, she's been revived already. I'll wait for the right moment and then strike. I'm tempted to send them a little house warming gift. This'll be an interesting time." He stands there and quietly watches the holographic image of Yavin IV spinning on its axis.

Shadow turns from looking at the galaxy map and turns on the holonet news. He nods his head when he hears the report about Lord Ire making himself Emperor of the RGE. "Hmm, I must meet this Lord Ire and offer my services. Then I can have more resources to terminate the Owabi family." He walks over to a desk and sits down to begin outlining his plan.

While formulating a plan, the proximity alarm goes off and he quickly stands up and runs to the security monitor to see an Imperial transport ship land near the Temple. "Hmm, unexpected guests. Maybe I should get that blasted disruptor field rebuilt to prevent this. Oh well, I better go and see what they want." He slips on his stealth field generator belt and activates it. He then quietly makes his way out of the Temple to greet his uninvited guests.
One by one, the six members of the ISB squad sent to collect Shadow file out of the transport and look around at the ancient Temple. The leader nods his head and instructs the other five to spread out and look for this assassin.
Standing in the shadows of the Temple, Shadow smirks beneath his helmet and shakes his head. "The fools. What easy targets they make." He thinks quietly. Making his way around to the nearest one, he slips in behind him and reaching out with his hands quickly snaps the man's neck and guides him to the ground without making a single sound. He continues on like this, taking out the other agents in similar fashions until he comes up behind the leader. Pulling out a dagger, he places it against the man's neck.
"One false move and your dead. Just like the rest of your men." Shadow whispers in his ear while deactivating the stealth belt. The ISB agent's eyes widen in fear as he looks around out of the corners of his eyes to see the other five men lying on the ground dead. "Wait, don't kill me. We mean you no harm. We've been sent to ask you to come before Emperor Ire. He wishes an audience with you."
Shadow's eyes narrow and he looks at the trembling man. "He wants an audience with me? How does he even know about me, especially my location?" The man stutters trying hard not to collapse. "H-he f-f-found your s-s-service record sir." Shadow snorts silently and shakes his head. "I knew I was leaving something behind. Fine. I'll go before your Emperor. Instruct your transports pilot to take off. We'll leave on my own personal ship." The man nods his head and gives the order. A single guard steps out of the shuttle and retrieves the bodies. Then the transport shuttle lifts off the ground and flies off.
Shadow nods his head. "Good, now come with me." He resheathes the dagger and walks into the Temple followed by the remaining ISB agent. They both walk to the Temple's summit and board Shadow's ship, the Valkyrie and fly off towards the Lehon Orbit.
