*****AN OPEN LETTER TO ALL STAFF********
In light of the "issues"; that happened in the Cbox this evening, I would suggest that all staff members remember the site lives not because of us, but because of the players who RP with us. This site is their site as much as it is ours. And we should be more willing to listen to their opinions as well as our own.

As a gentle reminder everyone, there are no favorites. Every player, even moderators have faced disciplinary action at some point in their lives. We are not punishing people to get even with them and just because you personally do not witness a disciplinary action does not mean the issue is not being dealt with.
We are not in the habit of putting people in the stockade for the entertainment of others.
If you have a problem with another player, please address it privately, the C-box is not a place to air grievances of any kind. If you choose to engage in unsportsmanlike behavior in the C-box by attacking another player in ANY way for ANY reason (and yes, moderators are also players, please remember this) you will face the same disciplinary action as any other player regardless of status.
If you have an issue with a specific moderator please take the time to contact another moderator to intercede. Privately. We ALL have in game e-mail. Please remember to make use of it for private matters.
If you are unclear of the status of an issue this is also something to be asked in the problem resolution area or in private. Not in C-box.
