History:
Caras was born on the deserted planet of Ambria where the dark side was the dominate source of life. Her parents were in hiding from the Jedi until her mother Darth Veia a.k.a Jedi Knight Lumina Kaour, had healed from her birth of the twins. Caras lived with her Parents Darth Irem and Darth Veia until the birth of her youngest sister Evelia.
By the age of three she was well into her way in becoming a powerful Sith: however, her parents were close to becoming captured by the Jedi Council and knew that their deaths were near, but were determind and needed their daughter to live in order to keep their legacy going. So, her parents left Caras, Dai and Evelia on the planet Mustafar where they had heard rumors of a developing sith honing his powers could be located and left the children where they thought the Sith would be able to find the them.
On accident the children came upon a nest of Xandanks and were chased out by an angry mother who nearly killed them. The children where thence seperated, with Caras alone and Evelia and Dai traveling by themselves. Caras fell into the hands of the Jedi who later renamed her Ceres and performed an ancient, very dangerous Force move by Jedi Masters (most of which are now dead except Xenthar) that allowed them to 'lock' away her sithly inheritance by extracting her memories and re-arranging them to their liking. She was kept in watch by the Jedi for the first three years at the temple to see if she showed any signs of her dark force powers.
Instead, Ceres became the brightest student in the academy. She was curious, playful and showed amazing abilities that were promising for a new generation of Jedi. Her dilligance in her studies earned her way to being assigned a padawan to Jedi Knight Vesta Bacchae.
She was 10 years old when promoted.
She went on a lot of missions with Vesta and at the age of 14 she was betrothed: Vesta and Ceres were long lived childhood friends and would were engaged just as the Jedi were considering the old laws of the Jedi Order, who viewed 'Love' as a dangerous emotion. In the misdst of high emotions and controversy about their decision the two embarked on a final mission for Ceres's extension into Knighthood.
During this time the Jedi were cautious and worried about a Sith Spy; Ceres and Vesta's mission was to head into sith territory and try to discover any secrets they should know. Instead they walked right into a Sith Trap and were seperated by Stih Sentenials sent from the rising Re-Newed Sith Empire.
It took Ceres four years before she found her way back to the academy because of her countless run-ins with a sith Lord who's name she'd later remember to be Darth Matic. After meeting with the council at that time, Grand Master Dodge, Master Voss, Master Stitch - ect. she was re-enrolled in the academy and given a new Master to finish her training. Jedi Knight Bron Jast.
Instead of majoring in combat as Vesta taught her, Bron was more adamit about knowledge and history; he taught Ceres many valuable things that have stuck with her to this day.
During her training with Bron, the two shared a Force-Bond. Jast had studied Force Bonds, but was troubled by his visions of death and a woman Sith whom he'd never seen, or heard of before. Jast told Ceres to wait for him at the temple and with the councils permision he left to His Masters home world Tython where he met with Jedi Master Xenthar who was also the teacher of Ceres's parents before their turn to the dark side.
Xenthar was pleased that his pupil was training such a powerful Force User, but troubled by the visions as well.
Meanwhile, with her Master gone on a secret mission and un-able to reach or tap into his mind...Ceres delved into her studies and caught up on book work which she had previously not been able to read up on. Later that evening Ceres stumbled upon a holocron left in her room, the message was from a man whose voice she couldn't though somehow it sounded familar.
Her instructions were to meet him at the gate of Rik's Cantina in the underworld of courscant.
With her Master on a private mission, Ceres set out on her own to the arena where she accepted the challenge of the sith lord who had followed her around the galaxy: Darth Matic.
The odds were already against her before she started the battle for she was young and learning, Darth Matic won the fight and to furthur gloat in his win he manipulated her mind by hanging over her head the fact that he knew more of her past than she did which drove her to a mad search of her history. Ceres had never before questioned the Jedi on her true origins.
When she read on her parents, she was devestated to find out that her parents had turned to the darkside. It was hard for her to admit that the menacing Darth Lure was in fact her blood-sister.
When Bron returned he found his pupil in a state of deep depression and old markings of her heritage began to re-appear to show her as her blood line claimed - A Sith. Her struggle to fight the dark side of the force brought her Master who she shared a force bond with, into a stage of a sort of Sith-like state.
He went to his old master for help on how to possibly sever - or repair the bond and Ceres and he shared. Bron brought Ceres with him so she could meet the Jedi Master who taught her parents.
At Xenthars house, she received the information she wished to obtain about herself and her family. However he was unable to help her in her search for what happened to her former childhood friend and master Vesta. When she returned to the temple Ceres was promoted to Jedi Knight and given her first Padawan. Unfortunatly, Matthew Silverclaw became subject to her sister Darth Lure and was mercilessly slaughtered as Ceres slept.
Ceres then set out with Master Starkiller in a search for Vesta, in the end the two of them found the last remaints of the Jedi Knight, he had indeed died against the sith. Ceres was then able to let him go on to rest and made him a proper resting place for people to return to for future refrence. When she returned to the temple Ceres was given the task of going on a mission to an old distress call coming from the outter regions. A little more than irritable, she left to find that it was a false distress signal used by the Empire during the days of the Rebellion to trick the rebels into coming out from hiding.
After successfully disabling the beacon, she was getting ready to return home when she was met by Darth Lure who attacked her ship from behind. The two had a showdown in space and Ceres barely escaped with her life. For two years she lived on the Hapes cluster and was a major part of the Hapan Civil Wars against their mother queen - they told her that it was the only way they'd let her leave the planet. When she returned home, everything had changed.
There was nothing for her to stay for, so, with a new challenge from her Sister Darth Lure, Ceres left to her home planet Ambria where she hoped to fight her sister...for the last time.
Upon her arival to Ambria, Ceres landed the Cresepcular deep in the forest, but also close by incase she had to make a quick escape off the planet. With a mission of her own, Ceres ventured deeper into the forest of Ambria; the planet itself reaked of darkside energy; Ceres, being intune with her surroundings, found this difficult to press through with the initial introduction to darkside clouds. It was on this planet before hitting a sand storm she met a free-lance Jedi Knight named Tao.
The two didn't start off on a plesant basis but teamed together to get out of the sand storm which was only pro-longing her encounter with her sister, the sinister Darth Lure. Together, the two waited out the storm inside a nearby cave where they learned a little more about eachother and their roles in the Jedi Faction itself.
Stil, Ceres was secretive about her whereabouts of why she was on Ambria. To face her sister was something she wanted to do alone. Sadly, her ideals were not met. Impatient and ready for a 'to the death' combat, Lure met the two Jedi in the cave on Ambria with a surprise attack. Ceres and Tao fought valiantly; but Ceres was distracted by something else. Two other presences besides their own. With Lure distracted, Ceres left Tao to find out who else had come to Ambria, who else had been there with such surges of dark force power.
She wasn't suprised to find Darth Matic, Lure's Master, but was suprised at a tiny infant wrapped in cloth and sobbing at the Dark Masters feet. Without hesitation, Ceres and Matic dueled shortly before she snatched the child and left. When arriving back to meet up with Tao, She found her sister kneeling to the vibrant blade of someone who looked like Tao, but was a completely different person. This was the last sceen of her sisters life, where she heard her sister call out for her son 'Davask' and a begging of Ceres to take care of her infant son.
In shock of everything happening, Ceres grabbed onto Tao, seemed to have 'come back' after killing her sister and the two ran. Not without difficulties though. Shortly after leaving the cave, the Jedi were met by Force hungry Monsters, bent on devouring the knights, and with Ceres unable to fight with a child, and Tao slightly injured, it was up to them to rely on the Force itself to keep them alive.
The two barely made it back to the Cresepcular where Ceres issued an emergency flight out of orbit. It was a bumpy ride out, but they made it alive and back into space. It was here where Ceres learned of Tao's dark inner self Urimash who dwelled inside of Tao. Ceres was concerned about the infant though who slept in her arms, the child who her sister called Davask emitted such strong dark force energies that she felt a Tremor in the natural force tides.
With Tao, Ceres left to meet with an old friend on the planet Tythoon; her parents old mentor and her Master Brons teacher. Ceres stayed on the planet Tythoon for three months, Tao left shortly after a month and a half of helping Ceres getting established before leaving to finish his own missions. Davask underwent many 'cleansing' baths and similar procedures that Ceres endured as a child herself. At the end of the three month period, Ceres was met with Darth Matic, bent on getting back his son and destroying the Jedi Knight for killing his pupil. Ceres was ushered to leave by the kind Xenthar who died fighting the Sith Lord so Ceres could escape.
When Ceres arrived back the the temple, Davask, now renamed Jackson Starweaver, was nearly a year old. She kept him in hiding for the first four years of having him with only certain council members knowing of his exsistance to keep the child protected from any outside infulences that would direct the child in any ways of the darkside. When he was old enough to talk, Ceres entered Jackson into the academy and has taken the personal task of rasing Jackson, in short, he is her son, and her padawan.
