On a isolated island in the middle of Endor's Great Crater Lake stands the Bright Star Ewok village, home to a group of Ewoks that never learned of the great conflict that their planet had been a part of so many moons ago. Today the villagers go about their business like any other day, the sun that manages to break through the thick canopy of the tree tops shines down on the many activities and chores going on. The scene is one of peace and serenity but that quickly changes.

The Ewoks look to the tree tops as a thunderous crash is heard and they see a Yuuzhan Vong Yorik-et brake through the tree tops and impact into the tribal Chief's hut. Looking on and approaching the wreckage with caution, the Ewok go to investigate the strange vehicle that has caused so much damage. They quickly cease the investigation when the Yorik-et's canopy opens and its occupant exits.

Standing tall over the short fuzzy primitives of the village, K'litch Vang disembarks with his Amphitstaff clutched in both hands. Vang is here looking for something... or someone, and he is going to find them. The Ewoks begin backing away except for one, a brave little warrior wearing an animal skull cap and wielding a small stone-headed spear. The two nod to each other realizing they both are warriors, Vang cant help but wonder why the rest of the infidels couldn't live like these small primitives but that isn't what he cares most about at this moment... he wants to find what he is looking for.
