[Luke Skywalker]

"No I don't mind, please be seated," replies Luke. "As for the deception, let's hear your story first, then I'll consider the deception. I disagreed with some of the methods Zairon used when I was on Carratos." Luke leans back and waits for Ross to continue.

[Lord Zairon]

Naver sits down and looks at Luke, "To be blunt, Zairon suspects that something is wrong with Ire. We Imperial Knights never really cared for Sith Lords and we detest the dark side. However, the Empire is at the moment the strongest government which makes them one of the few capable of protecting people. That is why we joined them."

"During the process, Zairon grew close to the planet Carratos. I'm not sure if you knew, but our planet was destroyed by the Vong." Naver stated, "Anyways, as such we joined the Empire in order to have the strength to help protect people. We disagreed with Ire's use of the dark side, but as long as he was a good ruler who protected and cared for Carratos we put our differences aside."

"However, Ire has been acting strangely lately. He's become more physical, he's had weird giggle outbreaks, and then on top of that a bunch of orders have been going around that are said to come from him but he has no recollection of them." Ross frowns, "These orders have ranged from arresting for no reason to flat out attacks, to other strange orders. Zairon is unsure if something has damaged his mind or if perhaps this is an impostor. Either way, Zairon knew that he needed help to stop this new Ire before irreparable damage was done to the Empire and the people of Carratos."

"That is why he was originally glad to see you. However, after Naboo while he felt you were the best ally, he wasn't sure you would work with him." Naver said with a sigh, "So when he found out about these new orders he sent Athena to stop the stormtroopers before it was too late. Sadly, we learned of this too late and Athena didn't arrive until mid-rioting. She stopped the stormtroopers, but strangely the body went missing."

"Zairon has been trying to have Lady Shana find the body, but we've had no such luck. She's still looking into it. It's suspicious too. A lady gets shot, which causes riots, and that body goes missing?" Naver taps his chin thinking. "Zairon suspects it was meant to cause more deaths. He believes that only Lady Athena's arrival stopped more loss of life."

"Once again, Lord Ire can't recall ever giving the orders to the stormtrooper commander."

"Anyways, realizing that he needed help, Zairon wanted your help. He told me to pretend I was the husband of the missing woman and try and get your help. He needed to somehow get you Jedi to Carratos to help investigate. That's why I came and presented my cover story."

[Luke Skywalker]

"I see," Luke pauses for a few moments. "How do I know that this is the complete truth? Zairon has yet to show himself trustworthy in any of my dealings with him. Had he been honest from the start, our investigation might have proved more fruitful. While I will not go to Lord Ire and tell him of these things, neither do I completely trust you and Zairon." He pauses again, " But I will continue to try and work with him, for I do agree that something is not quite right with Lord Ire. So, where do we go from here?"

[Lord Zairon]

Naver shrugged, "You don't know its the complete truth." Naver smiled, "My apologizes, but let's be honest. It is never possible to prove the truth. I can tell it to you and you simply must believe or disbelieve. The choice is up to you Skywalker. I will simply let future evidence speak for what I say and allow it to show my honesty rather than try and argue it."

"As for being honest from the start, like I said, he wasn't sure if he could trust you or not. Had he told the truth and you turned out to be untrustworthy, the people of Carratos would have been doomed to be ruled by a madman. Zairon might be willing to risk himself, but he isn't willing to risk a whole planet."

"As for where we go from here? Well that's partially up to you. Lord Zairon gave me another assignment. Believe me when I say it was very enjoyable working with you and the other Jedi. I hope I get assigned to you in the future. However, I am needed elsewhere. But that rest in your hands, because at the moment I have no way off this planet."

Naver bowed, "As such where we go from here depends on if you would be kind enough to loan me any kind of vehicle."

[Luke Skywalker]

Luke thinks a moment, then types orders into the Port Authority mainframe. "Check with the Port Authority, they will have a ship they can assign to you. And May the Force be with you."

[Lord Zairon]

"Thank you very much, Master Skywalker." Naver says with another bow. "Zairon is currently aboard the Atrocity, so getting a hold of him might be tricky at times. If you ever need anything, you can contact me and I'll try and help or get the right help." Naver says as he pulls a datapad out of his jacket and sets it on the table. "You can contact me with the information contained there."

He starts to turn to leave, "Oh, and Zairon says that if things get messy based on the whole Carratos thing, that the Jedi have an ally in the Imperial Knights. However he's working on making sure it all gets worked out. That's simply a backup emergency plan." Naver then walks out the door.

Luke watches Naver leave. First he opens the back up and checks for bugs, then checks the rest of the data pad. He then puts the data pad in his desk drawer.

Luke contemplates all of the information he has received over the past couple of weeks. So much of it has been tainted by lies. Where can he go to get the truth? He decides to meditate again.

He sits down cross-legged on the floor, relaxes, and submerses himself in the Force. Images begin to come to him. Finally the he can see the crowd. His view is from behind a woman with a lightsaber. He cannot see her face, only that she is making her way through the crowd to wards a stormtrooper. The image blurs as it shifts to his investigation on Carratos. He sees Mazzy and Roper. Why is the Force showing him the two residents? He brings himself back to the present, and stands up, tired. Nearly an hour has passed.

Luke grabs his robe and puts it on, and heads for the Tap Cafe.

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

She coms her Brother-in-law. "Luke, when you get a minuet please add making Johnathan a Master to the Council agenda. I think he's ready for the trials and he's certianly proven himself in recent years." the holo fades.

[Luke Skywalker]

Luke checks his messages, and adds Gert's request to the agenda. He sends out messages to the Council Members reminding them of the meeting on Wednesday. He begins to make preparations for the meeting. He takes a drink of his dagobah dew and adds his own request to the agenda.

After awhile, he finishes with the topics of discussion so far. He shuts down the terminal and shuts out the lights as he leaves the office.

Luke enters his office and sits down at his desk. He begins going over the Council meeting agenda. So far he has the following things.

1. Johnathan Kenobi, is he ready to take the trials for Master.

2. What to do about SK?

3. What should we do now that Ire has declared himself Emperor?

These items should make for a full meeting. SK and Ire will divide their resources. Both are turning points for the Jedi Order.

[Luke Skywalker]

Luke thinks about the items on the agenda. "Johnathan is ready, that is no problem. What to do about SK, that is a little more tricky. Do we go after him to a planet we know nothing about, or wait for him to make another move?" Luke is leaning towards going after him, but who to send?

[Luke Skywalker]

Now Luke turns to Lord Ire, make that Emperor Ire. "What are we going to do about this? Are there enough disgruntled planets and systems to form a new Alliance?" wonders Luke. "And how do we get the ball rolling to accomplish that?"

[Luke Skywalker]

Luke puts in a call to Karrde. "Talon, I was wondering if you could get some information that we do not have in the Jedi Archives?"

"You guys don't have it?" replies Karrde. "I'll give it a shot. What do you need?"

"I have a location in the Unknown Regions. I need to know if there is a planet there, what it's like, the whole kit and kaboodle," replies Luke. "Here are the coordinates."

Karrde takes them down, "I'll get back with you as soon as I can. I take it that it's important?"

"Very," says Luke.

The screen goes blank, and Luke waits for the return comm.

Luke's patience is rewarded. Talon comms him back after about half an hour.

"Well Luke, you are not going to like it," says Talon. "I wasn't able to find anything out for you, other than there is a planet there according to gravitational fields. There are rumors of a planet in that area called Nagi."

"No other intel then?" asks Luke.

"Nope. Sorry. No charge for this one since there was nothing found." adds Talon.

"Alright, thanks Talon. I appreciate it," says Luke.

The holocomm goes blank, and Luke sits back in his chair. "I wonder if Zairon has any information on this planet Nagi?"

Luke sends an encoded message to Zairon:

Zairon,

Do you have any knowledge of a planet in the Unknown Regions by the name of Nagi? Any information on this would be greatly appreciated.
