Takeda drops by the office of the Grandmaster, and leaves a data-chip with the following message.

To the Jedi Grand Master Skywalker, greetings.

It has become known to me in the time I have been a guest here, that the Jedi have an Archive detailing much of the history of the Galaxy. I humbly ask that I may be granted permission to access the historical archives in order to determine more about the ancient history of the main line of my race. I have searched many of the archives of worlds I come to that I have been able to obtain access to, and my search is far from complete. Most records simply do not cover the time periods ancient enough.

I also realize that there must be highly sensitive records and matters of the Jedi themselves and their teachings, and I do not presume to ask for those records at all.

I will bring this matter to the attention of the Council. They will decide whether or not access can be granted. I do not foresee a problem with this request. It will probably be a week before there is a response.

The holo opens and Grainne stands in full armor, arms folded over her chest. "Greetings Grand Master Skywalker and Master Windancer, I wish this holo was about happier things but, Markon Starkiller is in Kamino orbit. I spoke to the Chief of State for the Republic, and I have a holo open to Darth Ire. I can not in good faith ask the Jedi for help, for this is a bounty on Starkiller, and I know the Jedi are not hunters. This is just a formal call to allow you all to know what is going on. Wish us well old friends" Her voice never waivers as the holo closes.

Luke walks in after a long hiatus. checks his messages, and decides to wander about the compound.

Luke walks in, checks for messages and sees that there are none, and looks around. He gets up and walks around the office, getting acquainted with it after a long absence. After a while he leaves the office and heads out into the temple.

Luke enters office and checks for messages. No messages at this time. He goes over some paperwork for the Order, completes some forms for padawans. He straightens up his desk and then heads home.
