*Sam walks to an office and signs in from leave. It was time to get back to work. Sam waits in the lobby for orders to be given to him from one of his superiors or the Emperor himself.*

Zairon hesitates as multiple thoughts go through his mind. He ponders both sides to give an honest answer. "Yes and no are too vague to use my lord." Zairon states. "I agree with the compromise given the situation. On one hand, I dislike and don't trust the Vong, but they could be useful. While I dislike Vong myself, and don't trust them, I realize that as Emperor you have to way both personal and galactic matters."
Zairon pauses, "As such, I feel you handled it in the best way possible. This test run works not only for us to check their loyalty, but to learn how they work so that we can hopefully spot any treachery in the making. At the same time, it shows the Empire is accepting and willing to acknowledge anyone. And unlike the Regent's suggestion it doesn't show bias or stupidity."
Zairon nods, "Given the situation, I will say I trust you because you handled it very well. I won't lie and say I like it. But it is the best outcome." Zairon shrugs, "I guess in summary my main point is that what a person likes isn't always what is best. You didn't do what was liked, but you did do what was best and as such I do trust and respect you for that."

Listening to Zairon carefully, Ire begins to walk around the Executor and contemplates his subordinate's words. As he listens, Ire realizes that Zairon does understand his motives, maybe he wouldn't have to kill this one at all. "Good, because of that realization I want you to be the one to have any and all schematics and data tapes on this project overlooked for weaknesses, back doors or subterfuge of any kind. If these Extolled Vong are plotting harm to the Empire, I want to know about it and have proof that I can shove in their ugly faces."

Zairon pauses, "I appreciate the choice to use me, my lord. However, while I am decent with technology I'm not sure I'm the best choice to review schematics to find evidence. Unless it were blatantly obvious I doubt I'd be able to recognize it."

"I'm not asking you to pour over every security code, Executor." Ire iterates, "I am asking you to oversee the crews who will make sure our codes are not compromised in any way. If we find anything that makes them appear dishonest we shall have to re-evaluate their place in the galaxy."
Ire circles around Zairon on his way back to his throne, Ire stops half way up the stairs and turns around to look back at Zairon. "In the meantime, I have another assignment for you and the Regent. I want you to go to the KDY Shipyard offices and begin the means of making them a part of the Empire. Along with the proposal of the new ship and an extended contract, offer them a solid non-aggression pact. That should more than make them amenable."

"If that is what you wish, I will comply my lord. But what use would I be at Kuat? Is not that fool Kommisar enough?" Zairon asked respectfully. "What about the Jedi, mainly Kenobi and his unprovoked attack on Imperial soldiers here on Carratos that he is yet to report for?"
Zairon hesitated, "I apologize my lord if it seems like I am questioning you. I was merely assuming my talents might be better used for talking with Skywalker or Lady Windancer about turning him over and allowing us to arrest him."

Ire looks at Zairon for a moment and then nods as he turns back to finish walking up the steps to his throne. "Do as you will, Lord Zairon. Your notion is most intriguing; we don't want the Jedi to think us complacent and allow them to run around, doing as they wish. At the same time, I want you to bring up the subject of Inquisitor Camulus that died at the hands of Jedi Master Nic Owabi as well as the Markon Starkiller incident that happened."

"The Markon Starkiller incident, my lord?" Zairon asked curious. He had been so busy following up with the Johnathan Kenobi and Nic Owabi incident that he had missed whatever had happened to Starkiller after Nagi. "I'm sorry my lord, I must have missed that one." He apologizes. "I've been gathering information on the other two and wasn't away that anything had happened regarding Starkiller since he escaped the destruction of Nagi.

"I have a feeling that the Jedi may know where Starkiller might be and I want him to stand trial for what he's done." Ire says before declaring what Zairon's duty is. "Don't force a conflict but let them know we plan to pursuit this matter through legal channels and if they withhold information vital to Starkiller's capture or in any aspect to your investigation that they will possibly face charges themselves."

Zairon smirked, "Nice, so charges such as interfering with an investigation, aiding and abetting, as well as a possible delineation of duty charge?" The Executor nods, "Alright, let me make sure I have all charges to address. Against Johnathan Kenobi, first degree murder against multiple officers of the law. Against Nic Owabi, first degree murder against Imperial High Command Camulus. Against Luke Skywalker, delineation of duty, obstruction of justice, interfering with an investigation, aiding and abetting. Any Jedi who do not come forward with information will also be charged with interfering with an investigation, obstruction of justice, and aiding and abetting." Zairon listed. "Is that all?"

"That should be all." Ire says before letting out a slight chuckle. "The Jedi must be taught that they are not above the law. Tell them if they cooperate and assist in the locating and apprehension of Markon Starkiller they 'could' face a suspended sentence."

Zairon pauses before replying, "Does that include the killers Johnathan Kenobi and Nic Owabi?" He ask hesitantly. "Their charges are quite a bit higher than the others."

"We shall see, Lord Zairon." Ire says in deep vagueness, Ire's motives as to the offer of the deal until he continues to speak after a moment of silence. "If they believe there is a chance that they will be able to save their necks, they will be more amenable to help us and be truthful and if they aren't... we, use your imagination."

"As you wish, my lord. I will send a message to the Jedi High Command requesting a meeting to make my demands." Zairon says with a bow. "I will return once I know the outcome." Zairon then turns and disembarks heading to his room to send a message.

*Sam walks over to an open office and to his suprise a buddy of his is working. They chat for a few minutes then an important call comes in. Sam leaves the office and watches the Holonet news for updates and such. Once he's done watching he notices he's infront of the thrown room. He thinks for a moment if he should talk to the emperor or if he should just wait for orders to be given to him by comlink*
