Ire sits contemplating and looking into the dark side to catch a further glimpse Starkiller's location. The dark side would show him what he needs to know, the future is not writen but that doesn't mean I won't try to make it so. Ire has a purpose for Starkiller and all that matters is pointing him in the right direction. With the press of a button, Ire summons Trixie who appears from the shadows. "Yes Milord?"
"Trixie, access the Imperial holo-band network and begin posting this on all boards and players in Imperial space... and alert GHN." Ire orders. Trixie nods her head and opens a small compartment in her head to pull out a holo-recorder and patches into the holo-band just like Ire orders. As she begins rolling she motions to Ire to let him know he's on.
Throughout Imperial Space, the eerie image of Lord Ire, the Emperor of the RGE sitting on his throne, presents itself on the holo-screens. His demeanor and tone speaks soundly to his feelings towards the broadcast’s reason. This was the first domino that will have to fall into place for the plot to continue; while a genuine action in appearance, Ire’s real reasons are unknown.
“Greetings gentlebeings of the galaxy,” He begins in coldly serious tone, “I come before you tonight under the gravest of circumstances. Over the past few weeks, we have all heard the reports of multiple murders on several systems throughout the galaxy and the horrors displayed in detail to some via the holonet. Terror suffocates us all and it must be put to an end, as Emperor of the Empire I vow that this string of terror will not continue for long. The RGE now places a warrant for the capture and arrest of Markon Starkiller; Slaughter of Obora-Skai, Plight of Naboo and Tormentor of Tatooine must pay for his crimes.”
Leaning back into the seat of his throne, Ire continues. “We will catch this evil man and try him for his crimes against these innocent people and see to it he will never do anything like this again. Once more, the galaxy will be able to breathe easy knowing that these murders will get their full share of justice. We refuse to be afraid and we are strong; Starkiller, your days are numbered. Ten million credits to the person or persons who turn this man into the Empire alive and unspoiled, only experienced bounty hunters need apply. Thank you, and may the Force be with you all.”
The image dies with a parting nod from Ire, who's words while dark sounding might be a good thing, the official declaration for Starkiller's capture so he may stand trial should help paint the Empire in a better light. While Ire keeps secret the vision he has had of Starkiller, he knows he must show patience for this next part will not be easy.

Just as Ire finishes his address to the people, he notices Skywalker standing there with datapad in hand and motions him to come close just as Trixie begins to hover away. "Grand Vizer, you return to us alive and in one piece. I take it the Geonosian task master was happy with our proposal?"

What struck her first about this world was it's unfamiliarity, while she had become accustomed to viewing many infidel worlds during the initial stages of the invasion, all being alien to her, this one left her somewhat bereft of feeling. Any feeling other than a deeper rooted uncertainty. Was she doing the right thing? Yes, she supposed she was, while she agreed that the Jeedai had brought forth their redemption, her own included, more had to be done to help her people, help the extolled. And the alliance wouldn't do that, too untrusting were the people of this galaxy and who could blame them? The Yuuzhan Vong had taken everything from them and left them with little more than shattered fragments of lives, and in some cases, absoloutely nothing. Today she hoped to rectify things a little.
So she had come here deliberately, true form hidden by the concealing ooglith masquer that latched onto her skin, pore by pore, making her appear all too human. Albeit a lot taller and leaner, her dark eyes could have been that of any human being, or near humanoid. Few had paid her mind upon coming here, having procured by traders on sekot, the fake identichip that would have told the scanners at the spaceports she was a female named Nefall Sol, a merchant from a relatively unheard of world in the outer rim. The clothes she wore rubbed strangely against her outer skin, rather than clinging to it, hold on by it's own volition, everything deadlife just seemed to 'hang'. Rather like the tenuous life balance it's self, she mused inwardly.
Her true name was Kaalyanii of domain Hul...though the right to claim domain and rank had long since been lost to her, she was a woman of the Yuuzhan Vong, and she had come here to seek the ear of those who might listen to her proposals where the Jeedai might not.
Up ahead of her, the imperial palace loomed like a gargantuan beast waiting to devour her, it's tall spires and architecture coherrant with that surrounding it, others might have called it a work of art, but the best Kaalyanii could call it was interesting. Of course, she could never have expected to simply walk in here and seek an audience with their leader herself, she had, via extension of a network of contacts, she had acquired prior to the wars end, managed to get word inside, they had been given a time, a place, and she would be there. If they chose to grant her audience, then she would be waiting.
Her proposal was going to be one that would make her audience consider their options very carefully, but she knew that if she pressed the right ideals at the right time, the imperials would soon see the benefits to themselves would outweigh the costs, and in the process, she might just make a name for those who deserved to live their redemption to the fullest possible end. So perhaps she should not have questioned her intentions at all?
Running a hand through her black maine of hair, she swept it back into the customary topknot she was used to wearing it in, securing it with a coral circlet, a small token of her true nature that reminded her each time she used it of what she was, of who she was. That what she did was for the greater good...

In another part of the palace, the Imperial Regent Remus Kommisar shuttles about his office as he is researching old files from the days of Palpatine's reign. Throughout Carratos's history there was conflict, none so greater than when the Empire fell on Carratos and pirates and criminals all stormed the Government buildings in the thralls of destruction as they erased all memory of the Empire. So many records were lost in those first few days rioting but what was more surprising is what somehow escaped the purge of Imperial knowledge and lasted for Ire's government to find. Kommisar is looking up information on 'the Stalker', a specialized warrior built to instill fear into enemies on the ground, to help lead Imperial Forces on special missions. That is when a chime comes at his door, Kommisar looks up from the holo-book shelf and looks towards the door.
"Come..." Kommisar replies to allow entry to his office. In walks a tall, young faced man wearing similar robes to Kommisar; it is Kail, Kommisar's assistant. His face is blank in expression as he stands their waiting for Kommisar to address him. "Kail, what do I owe this visit?"
"Its that time Regent, the meeting with the Lady Nefall Sol." Kail replies.
"Oh yes, the woman who wishes to help the Empire." Remus says in a condescending tone as he looks back at his holo-book. "I love the loyal ones, they always have something to offer. Very well then, how is this woman going to help our Empire?"
"She's an independent merchant, Sir." Kail informs Kommisar of Nefall Sol's status in their systems. "Her proposal sounds interesting to say the least."
Kommisar looks back up from his book as he realizes that some of the information he was looking for is in it, a piece of Project Stalker was found, but he is more drawn by Kail's words. He gives the young assistant a glance from the corner of his eye. He closes the holo-book and heads towards his desk to grab the file on Nefall Sol's proposal.
"There is nothing in the proposal besides.... and I quote," Kommisar says as he opens the folder. "That she can; 'Help the Empire become powerful.' That doesn't sound like much of a proposal."
"That's what makes it interesting, don't you think Sir?" Kail says with a slight smile. Kommisar scoffs, wondering how this proposal got on his desk in the first place.
"Very well, bring her here." Kommisar says as he begins to clear up his desk to make it more appropriate for gusts to see. Kail leaves the office and heads the waiting area, with any luck Nefall Sol was waiting there already as promised she would.

Was it customary to wait this long? Kaalyanii had to wonder, were the infidels so unlike them that they played this game to infuriate those who might enable them to better themselves? Perhaps...they did have shamed ones, of sorts, among their kind, though these scraped by far better than she had during her time among the fallen. Her thoughts lapsed into a trail of pondering, when she became vaguely aware of the sound of approaching footfalls down the grand concourse that lead up to where she had esconced herself in the waiting area.
Upon first glance, the man approaching was, unremarkable by all accounts, Kaalyanii found herself sizing him up, an old trait she had never lost since her warrior days, there were some caste ideals that were never lost, never beaten down. Figuring out how to best your rivals or lessers was just one of them, evaluating your enemy quite another. But she was forced to remind herself that this was no ordinary meeting, and he was no ordinary infidel...he had the ear of the one who would hear what she had to say, and since she had gone to great lengths to make her proposal sound all too enticing, she knew that he would have reiterated it to his masters.
Rising when he got to within a few meters of her, she easily towered over him by a good head and a half, her gaunt, thin-lipped visage almost cadavarous in appearence and truly giving her a rather somber air. Indeed, even during the transport here, she had been given a wide berth out of appearences alone. But she knew that this had more to do with her outward appearence than anything, had she shown her true face, the entire shuttle would have been thrown into chaos....and she couldn't have that.
"Be- Greetings, consul." Kaalyanii intoned with some semblance of genuine emotional infusion, she had neglected to utilize a tizowyrm, her time among the infidels had left her with enough of a comprehensive grasp of their language, basic, to be efficient. It was more habit now than anything.
Drevin would be proud.
"I trust your superiors did not find my proposal too perplexing to be of interest? I wish to speak with them in person so that we may gain a better understanding of what, exactly, it is I have to offer the Empire."
And that was an understatement, she had once heard her cohort utter a statement that he had informed her depicted the epitome of stumbling upon the tame amphistaff grove, this would be, in their terms, the motherlode of all information. And it was theirs, for a price.
But Yuuzhan Vong needed no credits, nor did they wish for them, that would be the interesting part.

"You are lucky I was able to convince him to listen to it at all, Lady Sol." Kain says to the woman before him, his tone when he says her name suggests he knows who she really is. The truth being he does know what she is and he really doesn't care about it, it is unknown to him if she knows who he is since the layers of contacts is so thick between them but that doesn't matter to him either, he's in it for the credits.
"It took some prodding in the right direction but you shall have your meeting with the Regent." Kail says and he motions to masquered woman to follow him. "He has his doubts due to the scant details in the folder containing your proposal, that much is clear, you must convince him."
As Kail walks towards Kommisar's office, his mind fills with the thought of the success of these talks and what might come from them... especially the credits. Seeing the possibilities before his eyes, Kail pushes the button on the door to request entrance to the Regents office and steps inside once the doors open to announce the Yuuzhan Vong in disguise.
"Sir, Lady Nefall Sol"

The news that the person she was about to meet with had been anything other than skeptical, didn't surprise Kaalyanii in the slightest, she had expected this and prepared for it both.
The proposal had been deliberately vague and ambiguous, just to leave that sliver of a doubt in the minds of those who dare to cast their minds and eyes upon it. What they would get would be worth their trouble.
"Do not fear, cautious one, I am certain he will find what I have to tell him of interest." She mused as they walked, approaching the chamber specified for this meeting. Weather or not he had worked out who or what she was, was beyond her comprehension, his mannerisms were at best, vague, at worst, none existant to her. No humanoid had ever managed to work out their mannerisms, and thus they had not entirely worked out theirs either...it was a fair trade, and a telling one.
"I would place credits on it, were they of use to me." She didn't spare him a glance at that, the silent confirmation he would need to put his mind at rest...or at unrest, if he really was as skeptical as he sounded.
Little more was said as she was lead into the room where she would conduct the conversation that everything rested upon. Grand without being too grandiose, she found herself somewhat thrown off pace by the fact that the man with whom she was left with, showed little more interest in her presence than he did to the scenery outside that large sprawling viewport. Steeling herself for what might be something of a difficult discussion, Kaalyanii held her nerve, as any warrior of the Yuuzhan Vong might, mentally uttering a prayer to the creator god to guide her through these next few arduous moments.
First she would begin by dispelling a few untruthes.
"Lord Kommisar, I thank you for your decision to hear what it is I have to say, I ensure you, you will not regret it." Keeping her voice a measured tone, the clear tinge of her native accent the first ruse she was here to drop, and while it did not occur to her that there may be others who might overhear this, the realization that she may not leave this place had come to her with the conception of her idea. She was a proud member of her species, once shamed or not, and as such she would not baulk at the idea of death, she would welcome it's cold never ending embrace when the time came. And if that was this day, this cycle, then let it be so.
"There were many reasons for my neglecting to explain to you the intricacies of this proposal. The first being that I am not all I seem, all the documents you hold in your posession claim me to be...you may choose to kill me in learning the truth if that is your will. But I would urge you to stay your hand until you have heard what will follow. My name is Kaalyanii, formerly of Domain Hul, I am Yuuzhan Vong, and I come here seeking to provide your empire with a unique opportunity." She left out the part about what the Yuuzhan Vong would wish to have in return, if just to guage his initial reactions. "Try as the people of this galaxy might to think otherwise, it is apparent from our view that were the prosecution of the war conducted more according to our current warmasters designs, your people would not be as free as they stand today. It is then a fair assumption, is it not, that the majority of this was in large, down to your lack of knowledge in our ways, in what your kind reffers to as our 'biotechnology'?"
Did she have his attention yet? She could not tell from his stance alone, though the truth was a hard pill to sugar, however you said it, it always came to light, and it always had impact. Why these beings could not be more accepting of their fate was also beyond her, but she didn't have time to ponder it now. Everything hinged on these moments.
"Your people manufactured abominations to counter our creations, you evolved where our shapers dared not to tread out of fear for the gods wrath. But that is not so now...they know now, as do we, the extolled, that there are no limits to Yun-Ne'Shel's knowledge, that she will give them what they seek so long as they remain loyal. And it is a knowledge she has shared with other members of the extolled...myself included. Our shaping has evolved, as has yours, Lord Kommisar, and at a time when it is crucial to both our empires, to raise our profile, to break forth for a new horizon. Sekot has given us the knowledge to combine both your made-thing technology with our shaped biotechnology. But such things are beyond the Yuuzhan Vong alone, we seek aid in this quest for more....and in return, we will share with you our shaping. Our knowledge of the shapers arts."

In the Throne Room...
Ire nods in acceptance of Skywalker's report, the new battle droids will prove to be a deciding factor in things to come. Content with the progress made with the Geonosians, Ire moves on to other business.
"Very good Lord Skywalker but now I have another task for you to complete." Ire says with a sinister tone. "I want you to begin compiling a list of charges against the Jedi; namely Johnathan Kenobi, Nick Owabi and Luke Skywalker. The Jedi are getting too big on themselves and feel they have the right to do as they wish wherever they wish. Grand Master Skywalker is letting his subordinates get away with murder... literally. I want this to stop before anyone else is harmed by the Jedi's recklessness."
***********************************************************************
In Kommisar's Office...
Kommisar stands silent as the woman ousts herself as a Yuuzhan Vong and begins to give her presentation to him, he wonders if all Yuuzhan Vong are mindless in their plots at first but her offer comes as a surprise, the knowledge of Yuuzhan Vong biotechnology was always a great interest to Kommisar and to have that knowledge would also help taking on the YV in the future if need be. He doesn't show his interest in the biotech, not even in the slightest, as he turns around and looks at the disguised Yuuzhan Vong.
"You have a lot of nerve coming here Kaalyanii, formerly of Domain Hul." Kommisar says with a dry tone, leaving his words vague as to his position but still displaying his disliking for the Vong's play here. "You wish to strike a deal that will raise both our empire's into the light when not too long ago your kind tried to exterminate the galaxy. Please forgive me if I seem a little skeptical as to your reasons why you want to help us."
Looking over to Kail, Kommisar glares at him for pushing for this meeting, a silence settles between them as Kommisar then looks back at Kaalyanii as he then settles into his chair behind his desk. "Very well, since you're already here, I'll give you one chance to convince me that this is a good idea for the RGE. Otherwise, I shall have to throw you into the nearest trash compactor. Please, continue."

Kaalyanii's indiference didn't show so much as her curiosity for this being's rather brusque tone of voice. He was more Yuuzhan Vong than he realized, it was quite encouraging, at least she knew where she would stand with this one, or so she believed. There was, of course, so much one did not know about the other, but that wasn't going to discourage her from anything.
"This I understand, great one. My being here must be seen in something of a foolish light, this I understand, this I expect. But understand this also, I would not have taken this decision lightly."
The way in which this Kommisar moved, acted, with all the airs and graces of one befitting of his rank and status, it was like watching some grotesque parody of her own people's society, only far more unsanctioned, unholy....heretical. And that brought it home for her, she was a heretic, by the standards of the true caste at least, and why did she commit this heresy? To better herself, to bring prosperity to those who had remained repressed far too long.
"Whatever the Yuuzhan Vong did to you and your people, no ammount of apologies will undo it's effects. No ammount of forgiveness could accurately atone for the atrocities commited during the invasion. But we are here now...I only wish to start anew." Kaalyanii professed, holding out her open palms in a gesture of nothing hidden, no false sentiment in her words.
It was said that those who possessed the force, could not sense her people, and therefore none of their intentions, their minds were a blank canvass, as dark as darkspace its self. She did not know weather or not he possessed the force, but he must have a basic understanding of infidel body language...just as she, herself had learned.
"I am not of the Yuuzhan Vong that invaded your galaxy. We, the extolled, put a stop to this invasion with our uprising. We only wish to try and intergrate with the peoples of this galaxy, show that we have something to offer...and I offer that something to your empire, Lord Kommisar, to your people specifically."
Now came the key part of this discussion, everything hinged on this, and she could not afford one single slip up. Running a hand through her patchy crop of long black hair, getting clear in her mind what she wanted to say.
"I believe we may have found another means of combining your made-thing technology, with our own. Not just in the instance of Sekotan seedships, no...far grander in scale than that. Simply put, think of it in terms of one of your infi....made thing triangle ships. The size, eclipsing that in speed, virtually undetectable due to the organic elements, and stealth technologies. Weapons unlike those known to your people at present."
It was back to him now, had she piqued his interest? Only time would tell. She hadn't planned becoming lunch for a mechanical maw luur...what was it he had called it, a trash something.

Keeping his emotion in check, Kommisar looks at Kaalyanii and her alien disguise and wonders if this is too good to be true, a new ship class with devastating weapons and capabilities all for the Empire. Kommisar smiles slightly, tilting his hand that he is impressed with the idea, and asks the real question.
"And what's in it for the Extolled?" Kommisar asks; he's interested in the proposal now and it comes down this moment to see where it goes from there. "The Empire is taking an awful risk simply..."
That's when he thinks he realizes the Yuuzhan Vong's motivation; if Kaalyanii Hul is telling the truth, they want to fix their image with the galaxy. The Empire has been viewed recently as a group struggling to fight corruption with its ranks and painted corrupt like the last Empire. An agreement with the extolled Yuuzhan Vong might bolster relation images for the Empire and put these extolled into the light, a PR blessing and nightmare rolled into one. "You seek to improve your image but there must be more than that,"
