Droids: G9-D4 (Geenine) a gold domed Astromech droid with a female personality, flirtatious with R2-D2, DO-T2(Dots) a purple-plated protocol droid also with a female personality, very fussy.

Alcohol doesn't affect her, she incapable of getting drunk.
Chocolate on the other hand greatly affects her emotions especially in the area of attraction to the opposite sex.
She is the former padawan of Luke Skywalker.
Cate after a chance encounter with Master Skywalker, decided to join the Jedi as his padawan.
After completing her training as a padawan and going through her trials was raised to the rank of Jedi Knight. Because of her natural empathy, becoming a healer was a natural and logical step for her. She moved up in the ranks and finally became both a Jedi Master and Master Healer. She was chosen along with Masters Gert Kenobi, Liana Ordo, and Katra Kira to head up the Jedi Infirmary/Clinic and Hospital. They were assisted in this by Jedi Knights Walimai and G-man.
When the JO temporarily broke apart during the time of Athena's ascension as the Empress and then decline into madness and that finally ended in her death; Cate was left in charge of the Temple. Luke and several of the other Masters had to disappear for a time because they were hunted as enemies of the Empire. The most of the members of the Order were scattered. Cate stayed at the Temple holding things together protecting it and those of the Order who remained the best she could.
At this time the Yuuzhan Vong traditionalists also returned as a threat to the galaxy by threatening to release a bio-weapon onto the galaxy. Cate helped to combat this threat. She reached out and was able to make friends with leaders of both the Empire and the Republic. She also reached out to various Force sensitive factions, including the Grey Jedi Order, making both allies and friends.
She chosen by Stymie to work on a task force he formed to fight this threat and come up with an antidote to toxin. By their pools talented they were successful in finding a solution to bio-weapon, though not in time to prevent its release on Rishi.
She at this time became temporarily GM of the Order until Luke and the others returned. When they did she gladly stepped down. But because of her actions during the crisis Luke made her Second in Command of the Order.
Which position she currently holds.
But the position that gives her the most satisfaction is being a healer.
After getting word from Luke ordered the removal of the Jedi Order from Coruscant to Yavin IV.
Currently supervising the building of the New Temple there.
She was temporary Grand Master until Luke's return.
With his and Mara's return she has with great relief stepped down from the position of Grand Master.
