Anakin Skywalker, or rather his clone, was created by Darth Ire in Bay 33K of the SSD Atrocity's Cloning Center. A clone of the hero of the Clone Wars, this Anakin believes himself to be the original Anakin Skywalker. He thinks, talks, and acts exactly like the Jedi Knight in the hight of his fame during the great conflict.
Anakin was released from his Spaarti cloning cylinder by MCD when the insane clone broke out of his cell. MCD went to where Anakin's cylinder was to let him free and possibly create a distraction for the guards, Anakin took advantage of the situation. Anakin was detained by the guards that were trying to stop MCD from escaping before he could escape himself. Enraged, Anakin used a Force repulse and blasted the guards out of his way leaving them lifeless in the process. Anakin escaped the cloning facility and the Atrocity to start his own journey.
While initially on the run, Anakin was haunted by the memories from the original Anakin Skywalker, remembering the actions of Order 66, the slaughtering of the Jedi in the temple on Coruscant, and the battle of with Obi-Wan Kenobi on Mustafar. After that he has no memory. He was never sure if the memories were real or faked until he discovered the truth of some details when filing through old holo-records.
Deciding to embrace the dark side and unable to locate Emperor Palpatine, Anakin went is search for someone or something that might train him to fully harness the Dark Side. He met a mysterious Sith Lord who taught him the true power of the Dark Side and embraced his past. Years later he met Darth Ire, not knowing him as his creator, and joined the Reconstructed Galactic Empire becoming Grand Vizier.
