History:
Lorana was born during a hideout trip on Dantoonie to Merrick (force sensitive pirate) and Isabella (bounty hunter). At an early age, Lorana started showing signs of being force sensitive and her father did everything in his power to hide her. The family traveled around the Outer Rim, away from the Jedi and prying eyes for a year. It wasn't until the attempted kidnapping of Lorana on Telos did Merrick decide it was time to try something else.
At age 2, Lorana was dropped off by Merrick to his only living sister, Eplida, on Tatoonie. To protect her, Eplida and Damon (her husband) decided to change her name to JesMar. JesMar lived a quiet 21 years on Tatoonie until her force powers started getting stronger. At age 25, JesMar found out about the Jedi Temple and decided it was time to leave. Eplida disagreed and they had a huge falling out, with JesMar finally leaving.
During her Jedi training at the Temple
During her time in the Jedi Temple and with the KOA, JesMar continued to question her place in the Jedi world. She also started questioning her "parents" and her childhood. This brought out the mysterious Darth Lonefire, who used JesMar's constant doubts to his advantage. With help from her friends and current love, Augustus Starwarrior, JesMar fought off Lonefire's advances. That wasn't the end of Lonefire, however, and JesMar found a disturbing connection to him.
As Gus continued his family history, JesMar decided to do the same thing. During a trip to the Malastar caves, JesMar discovered another family secret. A holo was found hidden in the wall of the cave, along with a blaster gun and a small box. JesMar opened the holo and found the truth: her real name is Lorana and everything about her parents. The little box held a silver bracelet with a flame on it and the blaster belonged to her father. Taking the items, Lorana went back to Dantoonie feeling a sense of closure but one question remained: were her parents alive?
Lonefire appeared to Lorana again on the Spire one day, his apprentice Darth Athena at his side. Ready to fight, Lorana had her saber ready until another truth came out: Lonefire explained about a sacred bond, a bond only a parent shares with their child, that he felt to her. Lorana realized she always felt a connection with him and it was then revealed Lonefire was her father. At first, she did not believe him and thought this was a trap until Lonefire noticed the bracelet. He shows Lorana the tattoo on his right arm and it was the same red flame like her charm. Putting the pieces together, Lorana knew what Lonefire said was true and he was her father. Lorana gave up everything and everyone at that moment and joined her father as the second lady of the sith, taking the name Nahema (daughter of fire).
Athena became Lorana's master and after grueling trainings and sparrings (including one against her father, which Lorana got the scar on her right arm.), she sent Lorana on a mission to Bandomeer. Taking a clone named Casey with her, Lorana went to Bandomeer to gather intel on the planet's resources. Things changed when they met an old gypsy, who gave Lorana a glipse of the future. Realizing how much pain and suffering Lorana would go through if she continued her path as a Sith, Lorana decided this was not the life for her. With Casey at her side, Lorana abandons the mission and begins living her life like her parents, becoming a rouge Sith.
