Dragonsnake Bog

Dragonsnake Bog was a swampy lagoon on the planet of Dagobah, in the Outer Rim Territories. The bog was located near Jedi Master Yoda's mud hut.

Upon his arrival at Dagobah following the Battle of Hoth, Luke Skywalker crash-landed his X-wing in Dragonsnake Bog. R2-D2 plunged into the water, and was almost devoured by a dragonsnake that resided under the murky waters - one of the largest known to have lived on Dagobah. Finding the astromech inedible, the creature spat the droid out into the jungle.

Landing the Rose GENTLY on the ground away from the swamp,he smiles,having not put a scratch on the Rose at all,he looked at his mom and smiled,"Welcome to Swap land."he said,and looked out the window.."Why here?"he asked her.

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

She looks at him for a long moment. "You don't know? Well, you're about to find out." She keys the ramp which lowers with the soft whine of it's servos.

Spike looked up with a low harung of a whine and took off into the swamp. "Figured he'd do that." She follows the dragon down the ramp and waits for Pappy.

[Pappy-Wan Kenobi]

Seeing as there is not enough room for the Stalker to land too he looks at VH-5150 "OK Little buddy hold her steady and as soon as I get down you land at that clearing a klick away. He grabs his load out bag and the supply crate. He drops the ramp and using the Force he floats them down to the surface. Then attaching a rope to the ramp he fast ropes down to the surface. The rope detaches and falls next to him. He coils it up and shoulders it then grabs the load out bag and shoulders it. He lifts the crate and marches over to the Rose as the Stalker leaves to land.

Johnathan steps down the ramp,a smirk on his face,he looked around,"Ugh..this place is a dump.."he says,walking around.."There's absolutely nothing around."he says,looking through his binoculars,and stretching his force senses around,he finds out why he was made to come here,the force was extremely strong here,looking to his dad he sighed,"Guess there is something to do.."he then walked over to Spike,petting him gently,he looked at his parents for guidance,"Well..whats the briefing?"he asked them.

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

She gives Pappy a significant look. "How much did Luke tell you?"

[Pappy-Wan Kenobi]

He sets the crate down and drops the rope and load out bag on top of it looking around it's no worse than some places he's been "Well he told me that this place was filled with the Force. He said at first he felt it but as time went on and he trained more with Yoda that he could actually feel the Force flowing through him like a river....he also said he had a revelation too that forever changed his life."

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

She nods once, firmly. "All right then. This way gentlemen." and begins to briskly move through the jungle, sometimes levering over a log on one arm, other times springing into the air to somersault over deep murky pits. Spike sniffs the air once, growls and takes off in the same direction like a shot through the underbrush.

[Pappy-Wan Kenobi]

VH rolls up and tweets a conformation that the Stalker is secured he nods "OK then watch the Rose and the equipment....we will be back soon." and follows Gert and John through the swamp.

[Johnathan Kenobi]

Johnathan was quick to follow his parents,after all,they were the ones who actually knew what they were there for anyways,he kept quiet and followed his mothers actions,accept he didn't show off,he simply jumped over and landed on his feet lightly.

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

She slows as she sense the presence of the dark side. Long ago a Jedi named Minch battled and defeated Bpfasshi, the dark Jedi leader of the time. Since then the cave has been seeped in the dark side itself. Yoda intentionally built his home in close proximity to make his presence in the Force knowing that it's deep negativity would cancel out his strong presence in the light.

She stops short of the cave and stands there, waiting for her son and husband to catch up. Spike skids to a stop next to her and gulps down a morp he apparently caught. It's fangs had, apparently, been unable to penetrate Spike's thick hide for a shot of killing poison.

She reaches down and scratches the dragon absently.

[Pappy-Wan Kenobi]

He approaches his wife and feels a familiar feeling....strange he used to call it combat nerves...but now he knows it's the dark side of the Force he ponders what awaits them ahead.

[Johnathan Kenobi]

John walks up to the cave entrance,the dark side was calling him,he could almost see the force energy around the cave.

He looks at his parents again.

"I..feel..dark here.."he said to them.

[Luke Skywalker]

A message arrives for Gert and Pappy from Luke.

Gert and Pap,

Meeting with Selena went well. Turns out SK bought the codes to get into the Jedi Temple. Was thinking about leaving codes to get into Temple as they are, but changing the codes to exit so that he is trapped inside. Thoughts?

Also she wants Marion to contact her. How are things going on Dagobah?

[Gert Yonsz-Kenobi]

Gert and John hist the Rose at a dead run. "We need to com Luke, something is definitely wrong." She heads up the ramp and sees the message light bliping on the control panel and looks at John. "And the odds are?"

"Zero," he says with a grim smile as she flicks the switch.

Gert and Pap,

Gert raises an eyebrow. "Well that's interesting. Not what I was expecting but interesting." She flicks the com back on and tries to raise Luke on his personal frequency... "Hey buddy, got the message, and a bad feeling, what's going on?"
