I think I will do that the first thing when I get back.
I only heard because I was helping set up a infirmary for them on nearby outpost.
The outpost's Commander was one of those officers that working on task force station under Stymie.
He remembered me from there and asked me if I would set up the infirmary for him.
When the outpost was put on alert because of the escape. He told me what was going or otherwise I wouldn't know either.
It was not good news.
That woman is bad news. Period. End of sentence.
Her being on the loose is unsettling thought.
That one will be out for revenge.
The Shai are notorious for it.
They don't take well to slights.
And I'm sure she as not pleased to have her son born in an "infidel" facility.
If you hold one of her hands she might feel more secure and that you are not abandoning her.
*Cate gently takes Angel.
She talks softly to her and tickles her cheek with fingers.
She bounces Angel on her lap causing Angel to giggle.
Cate talks to Angel several minutes getting her use to Cate's voice.*
I see and you fear that there might be a problem because of her being early?
They shaped you?
What did they do or were they able to finish?
*She looks horrified.*

Such things can be healed through the Force.
If I remember you are allergic to Bacta.
She should be tested to see if she inheirited your allergy.
*She gently strokes Angel's hair.*
Yes, that is because they are precious.
They are hope for the future.
Without children there is no future.
*She gently hums and rocks Angel. Cate closes her eyes and concentrates as she strokes Angel's head.
She reaches out through the Force to scan Angel's body looking for any problems.
She smiles as she senses that Angel is perfectly healthy with no problems from her early entrance into the world.
She also senses that Angel is Force sensitive and curious about what Cate is doing.
Cate resassures her through the Force.*
Well you have no worries.
She is healthy and her development is normal for her age.
In fact I would say she super healthy.
And she is Force sensitive.
*Cate smiles as she hands Angel back to Aeron.
Angel coos at Cate who laughs.*
I think I made a new friend.

“He for sure does, I’m just afraid that he also will leave in the end, like all others did.” A sad shadow crosses her face for a second. “Well, I see it like that, papers were invented by the Sith to keep us all busy so they can take over and rule without anyone noticing since they are all busy with paperwork.” Aeron winks.
“Lotva for sure is bad news, she is a big fish in the pond, but there are smaller fish, more of them, and well if they all form up then it’s really bad news.”
Aeron sighs, “Well, no idea, I think not. It’s mainly Volk who is overprotective, overworried and you’ve to a Cait because of her. I promised him when she was born, wow – time passes so damn quickly.
Yes they shaped me … that was long ago. And no I think not that they are finished, the memories of someone else are there though. And now and then I’ve kind of a black out, I know that is this person, she takes over.
Yeah I’m allergic to it, it has not occurred to me that the little one could be too. I for sure will have to test her at some point.
And then, some things just can’t, no?”
Aeron watches Cait and Angel, feeling the energy in the force.
“I know she is, she is talking with Volk from early on, but ignored me. Why ever – she has a mind of her own and is rather headstrong and stubborn. Thank you, Cait.”
She takes Angel for Cait’s hands and places her on her lap, “Hello baby girl.”
“You broke through the ice as it seems, yes. Why would she not like Aunt Caity?” Aeron grins at Cait.

Hmm I don't think so.
Volk strikes me as the loyal sort to those he cares about.
Guys get all protective when they care.
It is a built-in instinct.
Hmmm, I think you are right the evil Sith paperwork monster that buries us with paperwork.

Yes, it worries me that we haven't any word of her.
She killed several of the guards when she escaped with her crechling.
Then nothing.
They did? I have heard of that before.
Let me see what was her name Dani something.

I will have to look it up.
What I do remember is that it backfired on them by giving her access to Yuuzhan Vong memories she was able to develop things to use against them.
I think they might have given you unintentionally a weapon against them.
What personality did they try to give you?
It may be important.
It might give you a clue to what they were trying to get you to do.

It should be easy to test her.
You should know in case something happens so if she is you know not to use it on her.
There is always a good chance she won't be too.
Well it is a good trait if allowed to develop in the right way and directed properly.
A girl needs to be able know her own mind.

They had a robbery here at the Spire yesterday.
They broke in downstairs and took a bunch of medical equipment and supplies.
Nick thinks someone is trying to set up an illegal bio-lab.
He thinks it may be a Sith.

“Since you’re speaking of the devil, he noticed me being gone, he is on his way here. I suggest you make his task to find the Jedi as difficult as possible,” Aeron winks at her friend. “Isn’t it unfair that I can feel him approaching?”
“Well of course, blame all the fault onto the Sith, who else is there to blame?”
“Her name is Dani Quee, I heard of her. I think not that this will be of any help to use their own biots against them. And the personality is the one of a shamed one. I suppose they didn’t want me to turn into a weapon.”
Aeron smiles when Cait changes the topic to Angel, “She is very curious, I think Volk and her developed something like a bond, somehow I envy him for that. Then he is not really her dad, blood relations and things, so I am glad she accepts him and they share something like that.”
“Well since Volk is right now on his way to here, I suppose I’d be staying. Can’t run and hide from him now, can I? I didn’t tell him where I go. A girl just can’t go out for some coffee. “
“I think I’ll have to make an appointment with you for a check up among just us girls, mhh?”
“You know what surprises me, that there are not more robberies around here, that is Coruscant for heaven’s sake! And you worry about some med supplies? It could be some black market organization as well. Why do you think it has to be the Sith?”

I just sensed a darkness rising which could have been Sith or something else.
Ah yes that's it.
Hmmm a shamed one.
If they did that they really mis-judged.
Just because one was shamed doesn't mean they wouldn't strike back or fight if given the chance.
And especially if they knew the shaming was brought on by the shaper and not any weakness within inside themselves.
Which was the usual case with those who lost biots.
The dirty little secret about those shamed was that
it wasn't usually the person fault. It was usually due either to lack of skill on the part of shaper or deliberate sabotage by them.
Rarely were rejection by the biots a result of the person being shaped body rejecting because they weren't compatible. A fact the shapers have for the most part kept hidden.
If anyone was shamed it should be the shapers responible for allowing this lie to stand.
But then they would lose their power then wouldn't they?
*laughs*
I guess not.
But this is a long way to come just for some coffee.
Of course, whenever you want.
But you don't have to have an excuse to visit.

We have moved back to Yavin IV.
And would appreciate it if you don't spread that around.

I don't know just a feeling.
This feels like there is more to it than there is on the surface.
Then there are the security guards that were murdered.
Nick says that the way they were killed some trained in that type of fighting not something you just pick up on your own.
He said either Imperial or Sith training.
And Imperials don't usually need to stage robberies for things they need they can get them by normal channels.
*shrugs again*
It could be someone else but it feels like a Sith.
I'm just not sure.
Though whoever it was behind I don't think committed the actual robbery.
I those were hired thieves.

*After checking out the Jedi Temple and finding no one there, Volk enters the spire. Stepping into the turbo-lift he thinks about calling Pappy for the where abouts of the jedi.
Reaching the top the doors open and he steps out, looking around he stops as he spots someone he lost.*
TTF: WIFE!!! You left me without a note this time....
*Walking to her he feels Angel reach out to him automatically as soon as she feels him near. Smiling he brushes her TTF.*

He likes his work so to him it's not work.
No, but I'm more sensitive than most to things like that.
It was obvious to me that doctors and healing make you uncomfortable.
Not that I blame you with you being allergic to Bacta.
That would make me leery of doctors as well.
Most medics don't even think and that is the first thing they do is stick Bacta on something hurt.
Which is not smart.
Not everyone can use it.
It is always wise to ask first.
It saves a lot of problems later.
*She smiles at the picture of Aeron holding Angel.
She looks up just as Volk walks into the Spire.*
It looks like we are about to have company.
*She grins when she hears Volk yell Wife.*

“Maybe I should ask Nick again for a grand tour of his home, the gardens are amazing. Is that enough nothing to do for him,” Aeron winks and grins as she remembers the good times she spent at his home.
“Don’t get me started about medics, not only those think that bacta is the solution for everything. Used on me it indeed saves a lot of problems, they can call the family and tell them what idiots they are since I ceased to exist.”
Aeron shrugs as she hears Volk’s voice in her head. “He found me. He’ll be mad, and he’ll give me a lecture,” she says to Cait. “He is so overprotective, it’s like being trapped sometimes. Can’t turn around without him telling.”
TTF to Volk: Husband, don’t yell at me!
Aeron turns around and smiles at him, “Can’t a girl go on a coffee without her man following her around?” She gets up and hugs him, kissing his cheek. “Hello du.”

*Walking up to Aeron he was thinking about giving her a talking to about her safety and the dangers of Coruscant. Then gets a kiss and as always a kiss from her he forgets everything. Wrapping his arms gently around her carefull with Angel as he kisses Aeron's nose and sighs.*

TTF to Volk: I can take care of myself for a couple hours, as well can take care of Angel, and there is Cait who is looking over us. Why is it that I have to sign off when I leave? Can’t I go out?
