 Czerka Corporations Security Chief Tyrol sits at his desk monitoring the situation around the break in. His attention is immediately drawn to monitor 3, eye view from the guard who discovers the bodies. As the guards are confirming the identities of the bodies found, Chief Tyrol begins to order a full scale lockdown of the Spire. He immediately orders the stop of all incoming ships and departing vessels. Guards pull their stun batons and take up positions in front of doors to block people from coming or going as security doors lower into place. Tyrol types in a code on his desk top and engages the Spires com-system. "Attention... this is Chief Tyrol, Czerka Corporations Head of Security. We are currently entering a lockdown phase in response to a heinous crime committed on Czerka Corporations property. We request that everyone please remain calm and allow for the Security units to do their jobs. Full cooperation is appreciated. Thank you." Tyrol scratches his head and decides to go to the scene of the crime. He grabs his side arm and heads towards the turbolifts. He enters a lift and selects the floor, hoping that the travel will calm his nerves. |

*Nick hears the all-comms going throughout the building.*
Bugger, a bloody lockdown. Looks like we're stuck here.
*He quietly watches all the doors slide shut and lockdown and as the security guards begin to do their job. He looks at Cate.*
Well, what should we do now. We can't leave until this is over. Maybe we can lend some help?
*He stands there and crosses his arms across his chest.*

It looks like it.
Though I think that particular horse is already bolted and long gone.
We can ask I suppose.
Let's see what happens first they might not need or want our help.
*Colin comes up and stands next to them.
He like Nick folds his arms across his chest and looks bored already.*
Oh this going to be fun.
*He says in sarcastic tone of voice.*
Oh just isn't it though?
I hope they are finished quickly I have things to do.

Maybe you're right. We'll just stay here and watch and if they ask, we will.
*He glances at Colin and grins.*
I know the feeling. This is gonna be a long day.
*He looks at Cate and nods his head.*
I know Cate. I wanna get to the Temple and get Kaden and then get back to work. Hopefully, it'll be a quick investigation.

The ride for Tyrol seems to do the trick, that and a few old school stim to wake the senses. He isn't jittery and doesn't look at all inebriated by the stim, he seems calm and handles himself well. He pulls out a fine Corellian cigar and preps it as he approaches the guards.
"What news do we have?"
Four security officers found dead sir, tech is dumping the holo tapes now." reports the Sergeant. "A man from a medical supply company is claiming he has been robbed for some equipment as well. He found a name tag that appears to belong to one of the Security gaurds."
"Well if just this doesn't beat the hell out of a gundark." Tyrol replies to the number of dead as he spits the end of the cigar on the floor. "What did they take?"
"Viral testing equipment, sir." the Sergeant responds with slight apprehension in his voice.
"And here I thought the situation was bad..." Tyrol says while he lights up, he isn't liking the out look of this. He looks back at the Sergeant and shrugs. "Anymore good news, Sergeant?"
"The man that turned in the name tag mentioned he has two Jedi in the office."
"Well, that actually is good news..." Tyrol comments. "Bring them here, nicely."

*When Tyrol appears on the scene.*
*Cate says.*
It looks the man in charge has arrived.
Maybe now something will happen and we can get out of here soon.
*Colin mutters under his breath.*
Now the show begins.
*Cate gives Colin a half amused, half stern look.*
This isn't funny Col.
*Colin just shrugs if possible looking even more bored.
He is practically vibrating with impatience.*
What's a matter Col? Got a Hot date?
*Colin just grimaces.*
No, I just don't like standing around with nothing to do.
I want to get this done and get out of here.
I have things to do at home too.
*Nick is looking at Tyrol with an interested expression on his face. He uses the Force to sharpen his hearing.
He listens to Tyrol's conversation with the Sargent.
He hears Tyrol tell the Sargent to bring the Jedi over to him nicely.
Nick says quietly to Cate and Colin.*
It looks like we are about to be asked to help.
*The Sargent comes up to them before Cate can answer him.*
The Security Chief would like to speak with you.
This way please.
*He gives them a questioning look.*
Are you really Jedi?
*Cate and Nick both nod.
Cate says pointing to herself and Nick.*
We are, Jedi.
*She points to Colin.*
He is not, he is visiting us and just happened to be along when came here to see Kratos about getting some supplies for the Temple Infirmary.
When Kratos went to fill the order is when he discovered the theft.
Is it true some of the security guards were murdered?
*The Sargent nods.*
Yes, ma'am it's true.
That is horrible, Sargent.
Yes, ma'am it is.
*To Tyrol* Sir! The Jedi as requested.
*He salutes.*

Tyrol salutes the Sergeant and then turns to the Jedi. "Greetings; I'm Chief Tyrol, Head of Security. I've been informed that you two are Jedi. If so, you two just possibly made my job easier for once; I love reliable witnesses."
Tyrol looks at the two Jedi and wonders if these people can find the person responsible. He would need to see what they know first, to determine if they have an insight into what happened. "I'll be heading up the investigation and would appreciate any help you can give us."
Growing up on Coruscant, Tyrol knew the stories of the Jedi and even more so with their current history. To some truth, Tyrol thinks the Jedi usually get a bad wrap for things when all they do is try to help, if it weren't for them the galaxy might be a darker place. "Did one of you find the name tag?"

Yes, I am Jedi Master Caitlin Windancer and this is Master Nick Owabi.
And my brother Colin.
We will do what we can Chief Tyrol but we weren't here to see the robberies.
But what we do know we certainly share with you.

*She nods at his question.*
Of course Chief Tyrol.

I found the tag near the door there.
*He points to where he found it.*
*Cate then says.*
He handed it to me to look at it and I got the impression of deceit from the person who wore it.
Also the a flash of his true face.
The picture on the tag was a disguise.
We found out about the theft when Kratos went to fill our order.
We checked what we ordered against what Kratos had been able to find.
We were able to determine some of what they took.
*Nick adds.*
Most it of seems to be what you need to set up a Bio or research lab.
*Cate nods her face grim.*
Yes, it seems to be so.
We told Kratos to report this right away.
He went to talk to the security guard and they started searching to see if anything else on the floor had been stolen. But the guards will know more about that than we do.
If you want my opinon Chief Tyrol I think this is more than it seems on the surface.
*Nicks nods.*
I agree. There is something behind this something big.
I would double-check your security.
If they had that.
*He indicates the badge.*
They were well prepared and well organized.
From the looks of it they knew exactly what they were looking for and where it was.
It might have been an inside job or they had help from the inside.
These were no small time hoods looking for drugs to sell on the Black Market.
Which tells me this was a major operation of some one well connected.

Tyrol takes a motions to the guard with the name tag. The Guard approaches and hands the evidence bag with the ID card in to the Chief. the picture had been torn off by one of the guards apparently and the real ID image can be seen. The fake image was too blurred to make out, it could look like a Hutt and still pass. He looks at the real name, surprisingly enough he knows it.  Tolis, Conrad R. 00256_5561-T Level A1 FULL ACCESS. "Seargent, run this to tech and begin running this man's ID, make sure that Conrad Tolis is who we think he is." Tyrol orders promptly. It saddens him to think that the promising young officer would have a tarnished name after today but the evidence had yet to speak. He looks up and remembers the Master Windancer saying she saw a face. "You think you can get with a holo-artist and make an image for us?" |

Cate motions to Colin to come over.
She asks him something and he takes out his holopad and light pen.
Cate closes her eyes and concentrates.
Colin begins to sketch.
She opens her eyes when Tyrol asks his question.*
Yes, Chief I have already thought of that.
My brother is an artist and we were just doing that for you.
I believe he is almost finished with the sketch.
*Cate looks at Colin. *
Yes, all done.
*He hands the sketch to Cate, who looks at it and nods.*
Yes, that is who I saw.
Can you make it 3D holo for him, Colin?
*Colin nods and pushes a few buttons and a three-dimensional image appears.*
Sure Cate.
This is who really wore that badge last.

Why would they steal vaccination and viral equipment. It just doesn't make any sense at all. Question is, who would have commissioned them to do this.
*He thinks to himself and shakes his head in frustration. He looks at Cate and Colin.*
This viral and vaccination theft reminds me of the Yuuzhan Vong when they released that strain on Rishi. Yet, this isn't like the Vong, its too subtle.

"Well that's good " Tryol replies to Master Windancer. "At least we have a face to look for now." A tech officer comes over and collects the holo-drawing of the suspect and takes it off to the lab to analyze the image. When Master Owabi mentions the Yuuzhan Vong, Tyrol doesn't by that much.
"Nah, the Vong would have been more brutal that what happened here." Tyrol comments to Master Owabi, and he is right about that. "Besides don't the Vong hate all technology?"
The bodies were barely marked, the doers had knowledge of stealth ambush tactics from the looks of it. Another important issue was the efficiency, which is highlighted when a tech officer comes over and reports the Video had been tampered with; the time frames apparently only show static throughout a chunk of time in which the break in probably occurred.
"Well, it looks like the only thing that they screwed up on was the ID, the video shows nothing but static."

No, it doesn't make sense because we don't why they stole it.
We don't have enough information as of yet.

No, not like them at all.
They can be subtle but it is in a different way than this.
Besides they wouldn't steal equipment, drugs maybe but not equipment.
Tyrol is right they feel machines are an abomination.
You should remember from our encounters with them on Rishi and Aeron's experience with them as well.
*When she hears Tyrol's information on the video.*
These were not amateurs then.
What do you think Nick?
Any feelings or impressions who might behind this?

I know they're not the Vong. I've dealt with them before on Rishi.
*He says quietly gently rubbing the scar on the right side of his neck. He looks at Cate and then at Tyrol and nods his head.*
Mmmhmm. You said that the security guards were taken out by those skilled in stealthful assassinations? Hmm, the only thing I can think of are either Imperials or Sith Assassins.
*He resumes pacing around.*
The darkness I'm feeling and sensing right now makes me lean more towards something to do with the Sith Empire.
*He looks at Cate and nods his head.*

Tyrol nods and looks at the two Jedi Masters and gets an idea. "I thank you for all your help, you have both been a great service to this investigation already. Would you mind conducting a search into the matter?"
This was a question he was prepared to ask, a Jedi investigator just might lead to something, maybe nothing. The way Tyrol looks at it, if a Jedi can't do it no one can.
