Cait just grins when Nick tries to sweet talk Kaden but she doesn't say anything until Nick says something directly to her.
Yes, it is. They are very old even for Sidhe artifacts. The one I have only heard of never seen before though they were not uncommon at one time. The way to make them has been lost or at least forgotten. Colin has been trying to resurrect those ancient methods. He will want to see this I'm sure.

You can if you want Takeda but I don't think there is any hurry.
I will have to talk to him before we leave I suppose to answer his message if nothing else.
But I want to talk to Pappy first before I do. I will try and arrange for another meeting at a neutral site.
I don't like doing negotiations at the point of a gun. So I will tell him. We are not pirates or a smuggling operation. And shouldn't be treated as such.
*sighs*
I might have to pull out my rank for this.*She gives Nick a significant look before she says* My real rank not just my Jedi one. *She knows he will know what she means.* I hate to do it but it might be the only way to get through to him. She adds with a sigh.

He nods his head and gently hugs her back. "Okay, I'll head out here shortly Kaden. See you there."
He looks at Cait and smiles. "I bet Colin will go ballistic when he sees this. Should be interesting to observe."
Nick raises an eyebrow at Cait when she mentions her true rank. "Are you sure you want to be doing that Cousin. I know how much you're trying to keep it concealed."
He looks at his chrono. "Well, I hate too you guys, but I gotta head on home. Its been a long day. Night everyone." He waves and then quietly walks out of Cait's office and heads down the hallway, and out of the Infirmary, heading home.

Takeda turns to Cait after Nick leaves.
"Your Rank?" with a little chuckle, "Which one this time?"

She grins. Yes, Colin will. Yes, it should be very interesting to watch.

Cait's face is very serious when she answers. My Sidhe rank. He would not even be permitted to talk to me in negotiations if I was home.
Only someone of equal rank would be possibly permitted to do that. Thank goodness I'm not at home, court protocol can be a pain.

Takeda nods.
"I have sat through negotiations between clans like that... tedious."
After a moment of silence, Takeda turns back to her.
"Instead of sitting here looking over your shoulder while you catch up on paperwork, I will go pick up the food for the trip. No to mention if you get another com, I should not be here, since it is not any of my business."
He gives her a smile to cheer her up, seeing that situation has soured her mood. With a joking grin, "Just let me know when you want me to drop by and abscond with you."

Yes, tedious and boring about covers it. She says with a smile. I avoid them whenever I can get away with it.
You're smart Takeda. Paperwork is not very fun. Ah well as to that it is not exactly a secret around here. But I don't blame you for not wanting to get involved. I wish I wasn't. *sighs*
*She laughs* If I had my way it would be right now. But someone might get upset if I did. She says with a wink.
I should be done soon if I don't get any more interruptions.

Nick rushes into the Infirmary and makes his way down the hallway, running past the medical staff. He arrives at Cait's office and pushes open the door. Walking directly over to Cait, he stops with a look of concern on his face.
"Cait, we have a serious problem. He's still alive and I think he's no longer contained. He might possibly be back on Carratos."
He crosses his arms over his chest, parts of his Cortosian armour showing underneath the robes.

*Sac awakes from his sleep sensing a problem at hand as a droid takes him off the breathing machine. A few minutes later Sac is breathing on his own. He tries to move his arm and finds it takes too much energy to do so. So he remains lieing on his back. Sac use the force to control a nob on the bed to bring him to a sitting position.* Sac takes a deep breath then lets it out.* How does the galaxy go into chaos when I am indisposed. *Sac says to himself.*

Cait looks in surprise at Nick when he comes back in.
I thought you were going to bed?
On seeing the look of concern on his face.
What's wrong Nick?

Cait groans and drops her head into her hands.
Oh, great! Just great! I was afraid of something like this would happen.
She looks back up. You know he is going to looking for revenge, don't you?
You better contact your parents on Bakura and warn them that Camulus is back so they can take precautions.

Nick raises an eyebrow. "I was asleep. Sleeping pretty damn good until I got this blasted nightmare or vision or whatever the hell it was. Woke me up in a cold sweat. I got dressed and came straight here."
He sighs and shakes his head. "I just don't know what we're gonna do with him Cait." He looks towards the ceiling just imagining the RGE Fleet in Orbit above. "With Camulus still alive, then they've got no reason to arrest me any."
He nods his head. "Yeah, I know. I'll contact them in the morning and give them a head's up." He slams his fist into the desk. "Dammit, they just got the castle repaired, I don't need him damaging it again."

Please do. I would hate for him to go after them just to get back at you. We will have to make sure the children are kept safe too. Kaden will also have to be brought up to date on the situation. I think the castle being damaged again is the least of your worries in this. That can always be rebuilt. Not so with the lives lost.
I'm sorry Nick this all my fault if I had known about this I could have stopped it before it even started. I had never done it before. Cait rubs her forehead and sighs. Some Tari I'm going to be.

After Securing the foodstuffs aboard his ship and his stop by the archives, Takeda wanders back over to the Infirmary he gives his customary knock on the door-frame as he enters.

I'll head over to the Massassi Temple and contact my sister up on the SSD and then she can retransmit the message to my parents." He nods his head. "Well, as long as the planetary defense shield is up and running, they should be safe. I can always install a force field shield generator over the house and tell them to stay put."He sighs thinking of Kaden. "I'll definately let her know as soon as she wakes up. There's a lot she needs to be filled in on too."He then stands up and looks at Cait. He walks over to her and lays a gentle hand on her shoulder. "No, don't think that Cait. Don't you dare turn this on yourself Cait. This is not your fault. Its all mine. If I hadn't turned in the first place, none of this would've happened. This burden is mine and as Guardian of Bakura and as a Jedi Master of the Order, I have to deal with it." He then grins slightly to lighten the mood. "With some help from my dear Cousin of course. But anyway, its not your fault at all. And I mean that too Cait."He then turns to look at the door when Takeda knocks and he smiles, nodding his head. "Hello Takeda. You find everything okay that you needed?" |

Bodyguards that looked similar to you? Hmmm.... that would explain why Camulus looked like you. If that is true we need to discover which one. It might help in dealing with Camulus. If he has possessed one of your bodyguards then the original personality should be there too. It is just being suppressed by the Camulus personality. If we can free that personality it would be able to help fight against Camulus. That would weaken him. We or rather you should have someone track down your former bodyguards whereabouts. So we can find which one he is.
Good. I wouldn't want them to get caught unawares. That is a relief. You might want to ask your father if there was a warrant issued for Camulus's arrest on Bakura for the murders he committed there. You might also want to find if they did the same on Courscant for the murders and thefts there as well. That should keep the Empire off your back.
She gets a funny expression on her face. You really think you can get your son or Jael to stay put? Or Kaden? Good luck with that. You know she would never agree to staying put if you were in danger.
Yes, you two have a lot to talk about.
With her head in her hands she looks up when Nick puts his hand gently on her shoulder. Thank you Nick but I am responsible for his being able to possess someone. *sighs* Perhaps not. But I still feel responsible.
She shakes her head at his taking the full blame. You are not totally to blame either. You didn't know that would happen. So we are equally guilty.
She smiles slightly when he tries to lighten the mood. Of course I will help in fact you will need my help if we want to get rid of him permanently.
She pats his hand on her shoulder. Thank you Cousin. I know you do. And I appreciate it. Truly I do. Instead of worrying about whose to blame I should be concentrating on what to do now. I can't change the past it is over and done with.
She hears Takeda's knock and looks over to the door and smiles when she sees who it is.
Hi Takeda. About ready to go?
I have finished my paperwork. I just need to get some more clothes and I will be ready. And if we can get past the Imperial fleet on our front door.
I need to find out from Pappy what is going on but I think I will comm him on our way out. I got a message from Grainne and she is on Concord Dawn. She had to take over the position of Mandalore until Jango gets back. He put her in charge.

Nods to both Nick and Cait as they greet him. Catching a brief part of their exchange he tunes it out, figuring it is just more of this chaotic business the RGE are pestering the Jedi about.
"Yes, thank you Nick. I'm finding my way around much better now than when I first arrived."
He turns to Cait as she informs him of her progress.
"Excellent, I think I can slip by them, I have been familiarizing myself with the local charts... There are quite a few oddities in the system to take advantage of."
After brief pause he looks slightly perplexed.
"Master Fett has taken over the Mandalorians? interesting....
I will go get the ship fired up then... Oh I loaded up on those drinks you like and some of the sortable items from the Cafe."
