The Theed Martketplace was just off the Main Boulevard. The vendors here sold everything from ship parts to food to rare antiquities. The vendors themselves were a mix of humans and Gungans.

Mara casually walks through the marketplace, eyes alert, scanning the crowd. She makes her way to the ship parts area of the marketplace and stops at a vendor selling hyperdrive coolant.
"How much for a twelve pack of coolant canisters?" She asks the vendor.
The vendor, being a human, answers her in Basic. "50 credits for the twelves."
I pay 75 to have them imported to Yavin IV, she thinks to herself. "I'll take 'em." As the vendor is preparing her order, she stretches out with the Force and searches for any malicious intentions among the crowd. Finding nothing of interest, she returns her attention to the vendor.
"I can't remember the last time I was on Naboo. Anything interesting happening out here lately?" She asks, seemingly disinterested.
The vendor briefly stops loading the canisters into a crate and looks up at her. "Yeah, those damn pirates that set up shop near here...Black Star or something. Sun, maybe. Ever since they've been here, business has been slow."
"That's a shame," she says dismissively. "They must be fairly close to be hurting the marketplace."
"I heard from one of the Gungan vendors that they're in the city, but I don't know about where, exactly." He finishes packing the canisters and sets them on the counter. "That's 50 credits, as I said."
"Right." Mara reaches into a pouch on her belt, gets out 50 credits and hands it to him. "Thank you. Hope the pirate problem gets sorted out."
Mara leaves the booth with her purchase and walks casually through the marketplace.

Luke enters the marketplace and begins to look for Mara. After a few moments he sees her leaving a merchant up ahead. He makes his way to her.
"Any luck?" he asks. "I got some general info, nothing specific. Rumors actually."

"Nothing concrete, just a confirmation that the Black Sun definitely has a presence on Naboo. Seems to be hurting the local merchant economy. You?"

"It appears someone is trying to horn in on the Hutt's action here on Naboo. No names were given, but it is believed to be part of something bigger going on. I'm curious if the local government knows what is going on, or connected it all together?" wondered Luke. "What could Black Sun be planning that's bigger than overtaking the criminal element here? Surely they wouldn't attempt a coup?"

"I wasn't even aware Black Sun was powerful enough to overtake a planetary government...but I have been out of the loop for a while." Mara thinks a moment. "I don't think I'll get anything else out of the marketplace. Wouldn't hurt to see if we can talk to someone high up in the Naboo government."

"No it wouldn't. We should be able to get an audience with someone. The government of Naboo should be on good terms with the Jedi." Luke thinks a moment, " Unless they have already been infiltrated by Black Sun operatives. We need to be careful with whom we speak."
Luke slowly begins to make his way toward the Royal Palace.

Leading the motley crew of Jedi, Imperials and the lone Sith towards the location of the Black Sun hideout, Tookie notices the strange glances they are garnering from the people in the market place. Its been a long time since Imperial stormtroopers have marched down the streets of Naboo and some people are taking their goods and heading home, foreseeing some kind of conflict coming to a head. their travels take them towards the North Entrance to the Theed marketplace, the area that has seen a serious drop off in patronage thanks to Black Sun's arrival there.
The trip isn't a long one once the groups passes through the courtyard and enters the marketplace through a back alley as to not gain too much attention. Stopping at a corner of a building, Tookie points to the entrance of the once nice and serine Nubian cantina and eatery that has been taken over by Black Sun. The view from their position gives them a rather good view from across the way as two men, dressed in flashy robes, hassle a pair of women walking through the marketplace. "Dem scummybuggies ober dare. Whaten wesa do nows, Master Luke?"

Zairon glances down and frowns, "No sense of chivalry these days..." He says clearly annoyed as if personally offended by it. "No honor." Zairon jumped down from his spot and pushed through the crowd mumbling something about people being disrespectful towards woman.
"Hey!" He called as he got close and drew his blaster, not pointing it at the man, but holding it where it was clearly visible. "Why don't you learn some manners and leave these ladies alone." He said clearly annoyed. "It's filth like you that is killing chivalry."

Mara follows Tookie through the Marketplace, noting the vendor who sold her the hyperdrive coolant is quickly closing up shop. Obviously, he's gotten wind of the commotion at the Palace.
"Well I'm sure they're aware of us now, thanks to Zairon. Might as well get this over with." She heads in the direction Zairon took towards the confrontation.

Camulus and the Imperial Troops follow behind the Jedi and Zairon. Camulus wraps his cloak tight about his body and opens himself up to the Force, listening to everyone. He then stops and smirks slightly when Zairon moves after two men harrassing two women.

Luke stretches out with the Force to create the illusion of a sound behind the two men out front. They turn around to see what the sound was. Luke moves forward and motions for everyone else to follow. He catches up to Mara and Zairon, "Let's take care of these two quietly." Luke looks back to make sure everyone is moving forward.

"Okieday." Tookie says with a smile after hearing Luke's suggestion to take out the guards quickly. With that he uses the Force to give himself a great burst of speed to move past Zairon and attack the rear guard closest to the cantina entrance just as the guard turns back from looking for Luke's distraction. The distraction goes off without a hitch and Tookie slams a bony Gungan elbow into the guard's solar-plexus before dipping down to a squat in a circular motion and springing back up with the alternate elbow crashing into the guards jaw. The second strike is so strong it sends the guard flying two feet into the air and causes him to land with a sickening thud on the decorative brick ground of the marketplace.

Moving quickly and quietly behind Tookie, Mara approaches the second guard while he is under the influence of Luke's distraction. Using her deactivated lightsaber as a club, she thwacks the guard hard in the side of his head. He falls to the ground in a heap.
