I don' think the issue should be if she is an NPC or a PC... The focus of the issue should be whether a player/writer should have more than one character entered in the competition...

Let me give my opinion on that...

I don't think that is fair to do that... I could enter Myself and then My son who is even more bad ass... what would happen if I won every duel... I would end up fighting my son and ultimately writing the whole duel... It wouldn't be fair to the other players...

It is nothing against Lady Shana... nor Sir Zairon... I would say pick one play them through then enter the other fin the next one...
