[Lord Zairon]

"Only gonna slow them down..." He mumbles running and jumping into the building behind the two. "I mean I'm all for shrinking their numbers so no complaint here." He says as he lands and follows the two.

[K'litch Vang]

Quickly the building is stormed by the Yuuzhan Vong, some come through the builds while others like K'litch Vang uses his augmented agility and monstrous tight grip to scale the side of the medical facility. His hands fit so well in the creases of the carved dead thing, finding a sure grip easily and common. Its amazing how fast he moves, he's already half way up the building.

Jael nodded once to let him know she heard him and took a running leap into the opening. As soon as her feet hit the ground inside the building she searched out an exit. It was a half blocked doorway that led onto a small sidestreet behind. She quickly slipped through.

[K'litch Vang]

Vang and other Vong reach the roof and sees the three infidels continuing on. Vang points and begins to run after them, jumping to the next roof. Five warriors accompany him as he jumps to provide him back up. Instinctively more follow via roof top while other Yuuzhan Vong give chase down in the streets. As Vang gives chase, the warriors coming up to the roof through the dead built thing, they unknowing into the well placed land mine's proximity sensor and causes the roof to explode into flames and burning debris.

There was only one way for the Vong to follow after them, and that was through the doorway they had just come. Jael kept moving down the ally sure that Volk would be placing another charge in the door. She didn't want to be around when it blew.

[Lord Zairon]

Zairon raced behind Jael, drawing his blaster with his left hand and glancing behind him every so often making sure to stand directly behind Jael incase anyone through thud bugs or razor bugs. His armor could take a hit unlike those flimsly little Jedi robes.

[Emanon]

Falling into the caved in ceiling, rebreather strapped into place, Volk looks around again. Everything was a weapon if used right, still in his hand was the last land mine from Jael's pack and it had to be used to maximum effect. At the sound of the explosion, Volk moved knowing they would be close.

Running after the Knight, he finds himself in an alley, to the right was blocked, to the left the only exit to the street. Moving fast he catches up to them both. Seeing down the street, he forms another plan.

"Ok, this is where we split up guys....duck into that alley way fast. I will set the last land mine here and force them to chase me. Zairon watch out for her...."

Setting the proximity trigger he places it near the alley exit and the street to encompass a wider range of damage. Then a smoke grenade from his utility belt and tosses it to add cover for the get away.

[Lord Zairon]

Zairon slows down letting Volk get ahead, "As if I'd just let them kill her." He says to Volk. "I'm a knight, of course I will." He says. "Now duck down, I'll distract them, lead them the opposite way, then slip off. I'll meet you at the building." He says.

Then he activates his silver lightsaber and turns the opposite direction of Jael and Volk standing in the middle of the street waiting for the Vong to show up. Hopefully the various mines would shrink the Von down significantly.

[K'litch Vang]

Vang looks back momentarily to see the roof he was once on explode, killing several of the warriors in his group. He still had his five with him as he raced across the roofs on the way to the alleyway that the infidels has escaped too. "Keep your wits about you, these infidels are clever."

Vang slows and begins to stalk the roof top, finding himself at the edge and spotting the three Jeedai investigators as they begin to split up. He gives a peek to the advancing warriors on the ground and as they get close, Vang stands and gives a mighty roar as he holds his bloodied amphistaff over his head. "JEEEEEDAAAAAI SLIIIIIIIIIIIIME!"

Soon the sound of thunderous steps begin to grow in the distance and get louder quickly as a horde of roughtly 30 warrior come screaming around the corner. The rush the Jeedai full bore while Vang jumps and makes his way down to the ground level.

Frowns at the Imperial knight, then remembers Jael was his responsibility to look out for, after all she was "dear to him" as in a pain in the backside sister kind of way.

"Force be with you then...."

Nodding to Zairon, Volk ducks into the alley following Jael, leaving behind the Imperial Knight.

Jael kept running down the allyway using her skills from her life on the street to run swiftly and silently among the rubble. Coming up on an open doorway she ducked inside hid to the side waiting to see who would follow her into the building.

[K'litch Vang]

As K'litch Vang's feet hit the second level, he goes to ledge to get a better angle on his prey. Its then that his keen vision alerts him that more of his fellow warriors were about to set off another mine. "HALT, FOOLS!"

But Vang's words were too late, a warrior mindlessly steps into the proximity sensor's range and detonates the mine. Much like before, the explosion claims a huge mark in the street as it has easily dropped four warriors and is so massive that the blast throws Vang back and away from the ledge and into a near wall. That was unexpected but Vang continues, he shakes off the slight shellshock and gets back to ledge to see the aftermath.

"More to the Slayer..." Vang mumbles as he spots a red armored Jeedai standing in the street. Where were the other two? He begins to move closer towards Zairon "Jeedai slime..."

Running following Jael through the Force, Volk pulls his blaster carbine again stopping and aiming down the alley way. Slowly moving backwards to stop any Vong that might have followed.

Passing an open doorway, he stops feeling Jael inside. He waits and does nothing just keeping his focus down the alley way.

[Lord Zairon]

Zairon stands there fully armored. It was a shamethe Vong couldn't see his face and the smirt that covered it. "Hey uglies." He said firing his blaster t a few that were on the ground from being thrown back. He wasn't necessarily aiming to kill. He was just firing a whole bunch of shots to get their attentions.

"Down to the Vong, your gods are weak and have betrayed you! May machines walk on your land for droids are greater than the vong!" He called out intentionally using Vong and machines to try and drive the Yuuzhan Vong into a rage. His goal after all was to get their attention so the others could escape. As such he was willing to do whaever it took. Insult their gods, claim machines were great, call them Vong. Anything it'd take.

Then he quickly turned and raced down the street away from where Volk and Jael had slipped off to.

Jael senses Volk outside the building she is hiding in pokes her head out. Seeing no immediate danger she spoke quickly. "I'm heading to the roof, see you up there." Ducking back inside she ran up the stairs three at a time and made it to the roof. Some of the buildings she would be jumping onto did not look very stable so she kept her rebreather on just in case they caved in.
