"She was in trouble. She would have died, been strangled by her own mother," Hana said. "That was why I adopted a kid. What are you saying, J?"

*SK then looked to Volk and nodded. Volk was now his student, and there was alot that he could teach the young one, but soon he will, for tight now, there was something that was in the building that he did not know what it was, when Volk joked for him to jump in first, SK was soooo close to just igniting his lightsaber and then killing Volk, but there was something that was making SK very curious though, and for that, he had to find out what it was. He then turned to Volk*
We will talk more about what I need for you to do my apprentice, but as for now, I am curious as to find out what is in there. So follow me then.
*SK then unclipped his lightsaber and ignited it as a red blade is seen coming from the hilt, and he then nodded to Volk and walked right in with his lightsaber raised in a defensive position*

'Tread carefully.' Jael thought to herself. "I didn't mean anything by it. I just don't see where you get the patience to look after a kid. They are annoying." She flicked a few more switches on the ship. "Ready to fly out."

"Its the best thing I ever did, adopting Kyla," Hana said.
Kyla was sitting in the hold. Aunty Jael's words echoed in her mind. "It would have destroyed her. You are her life."

Smiles knowing how close he was to a fight with his new master, but it was in him to push, to poke at a superiors buttons. It was the way of the Sith to challenge your master for leadership, and so he would start early. Though he would learn at the same time, once again what it was to be a Sith.
Nodding to SK, he followed him into the building. His trusty blaster carbine moving around aiming for anything that might pop out and attack.
The inside was a mess, a large mass of destroyed equipment and droids, laid scattered around the first room.

Jael sighed. She always knew her sister was strange, or was there something wrong with hersef instead? Curious thought. Shrugging Jael looked at Hana with raised eyebrows. "So, you gonna fly this thing or am I?"

Hana was completing the tail end of preflight tests. Then she took off, plotting a course to Yavin.

Vang stands there and watches the Jeedai spout his bravado and witnesses the infidel jump from the window and use his blasphemous Force to aid him to try and smite Vang, but this was not in the God's plans. As the infidel gets closer, Vang sidesteps the blade but only mostly. The saber strikes Vang's shoulder instead and cracks the shoulder plate. He is also swept up in the speed and strength of the Force push; he is sent flying about 10 meters where he rolls to a stop, laying on his back.
Vang doesn't rest however, he has something in mind for this bothersome gnat. He feels a slight pain in his shoulder from where the shoulder piece showed a significant crack. He looks at it and determines there is a lightsaber burn on the flesh below. This pain only makes him more aware and angry. Vang sprints in, ready to defend but he isn't going to give the infidel the chance to attack either, and comes in with an attack.
As Vang nears his target, he steps right and swings his amphistaff like a bat at the infidels ribs, sidesteps to deliver and over head shot and then coaxing his amphistaff slightly to loosen the head of the weapon and have it bite the infidel's weapon hand wrist before withdrawing for defense.

Zairon's left arm is hurting from the force and he switches hands so that the lightsaber is back in his right hand. As the beast runs at him and swings his weapon like a bat, Zairon drops as low as he can knowing with one arm he lacks the strength to block that. The staff barely misses the top of his helmet. He sees the Vong lift it up to do an overhead shot and as the weapon comes down he quickly brings his lightsaber across in a clockwise motion and deflects the attack so it hits the ground next to him as opposed to cleaving him in half. Suddenly he sees the snakes head turn and bite for his right wrist and he quickly flicks his wrist so that his blade not only makes a weak cut at Vang's shoulder, but so that the ampistaff bites the lightsaber handle and blocks his wrist.
With one arm, an injured foot, and slowly running out of energy he realizes he won't be able to hold the Vong off for much longer. He bites his lip and hopes the Jedi are almost done with their mission cause he'll have to retreat soon. He sends a message through his helmet comlink to the other Knights glad that the helmet prevents the Vong from overhearing. "Be ready, I can probably only stall for a few more minutes till I need you to arrive."
Zairon lets out a deep breath and frowns. He was going to win. And if he couldn't win he'd cause as much damage as possible. He quickly flicked his lightsaber up in a quick weak attack. However while the attack might not have much strength, it wouldn't need it. With a lightsaber the lightest hit, if landed in the right spot, would do enough damage. And Zairon's target was K'litch's neck. As he flicked his wrist up to make that attack he kicked out with his left foot for the man's right kneecap. Hoping that he'd either land with the throat slit or at least snap the man's kneecap. But this monster was strong and full of tricks. He only hoped he could at least weaken or slow down this beast.

*SK then walked into the building and saw that there were smashed up droids, and computers badly damage, almost unrepairable. SK then continued in, searching with his feelings, but the only thing that he could feel with the force was Volk. SK then continued walking towards the long corridor that seemed like it would lead to somewhere, he then looked back to Volk*
Stay alert, and on your toes. You can't feel any of them, nor can you feel anything that they use either. I need you to watch my back, and if we make it out alive, then you will be rewarded for sure.
*SK then continued walking down the dark corridor, with his lightsaber being the only bitof light that they have*

Nods to SK, but doesn't say a thing in case there was Vong in the area. Following him in further he stops and looks around, his carbine pointing in whatever direction he is looking at.
Seeing something on the ground, Volk kneels to get a better look at it remembering the Imperial knight had told him, and something pops into his head, now that he remembers.....Duro.

Vang moves his injured shoulder away from the infidel's blade and recalls his amphistaff after its serpent-like head missed the infidel's wrist and bit down on the cold metallic handle of the lightsaber. He could tell the infidel was tiring, the soft blow from the lightsaber bounces off the neck plating of the Vonduun Skerr Kyrric but ends up leaving a saber burn on Vang's cheek.
The shot to the knee cap is also a bad move as Vang raises the six inch spike on his knee armor to meet the infidel's foot. He the follows this by swinging the hardened part of his amphistaff over to pin the infidel's lightsaber away from him and moves in to straight-punch Zairon square in his dislocated shoulder.

Zairon's foot hits the spike and he stumbles to one knee letting out a gasp of pain as his right leg has a hard time supporting any weight. His lightsaber blocked the punch nails him hard and he stumbles backwards to the ground letting out a cry of pain. "Now..." He mumbles into the helmet comlink. "move...in." He gasp as he weakly forces himself to his feet.
Then drawing on the force he once again jumps but this time he jumps up higher to land on the top of a nearby building. As he feet hits the ground he stumbles to his knees. He grins as he sees the Tie Phantoms with the Imperial Knight's crest on it come flying in fire lasers down into the streets. One of the vehicles lowers itself close enough for Zairon to jump aboard while the rest continue to strafe the streets. He crams into the small one-man vehicle trying not to bump Lady Athena as she lifts off.
"Where's your craft, boss?" She ask as she lifts away from the building.
Zairon weakly points towards where he landed his Tie Phantom near the defense building. With a nod the two in the cramped TIE Phantom head towards Zairon's craft leaving the battlefield behind.

Vang watches as the infidel flees to the safety of the roofs and the approach of the other Imperial Knights with their abominable fighters enrages him even more. "COWARD!" Vang yells as the starfighters begins to strafe the streets, Vang and the other warriors are forced to take cover. Vang orders his men to get their blast bugs ready when the Phantoms come back for another pass. The warriors stay hidden until the hear the sound of ion engines streaking through the sky before exposing themselves and hurling a barrage of blast bugs at the two incoming fighters.
Vang wishes he had a swarm of gutchins to eat these metallic monstrosities down to nothing but works with what he has, he is still preoccupied with the thought of making sure to gut that cowardly infidel for running away just as Vang was going to strike the final blow. "Your death will be slow when we meet again , infidel."

Voices; that wasn't the first thing she had been aware of as the two strangers approached, far from it, one of the infidels was so loud it was a wonder that he hadn't brought the entire place down just through ineptitude born of a lack of subtelty! The fools, it was a wonder they had managed to keep ahold of this galaxy for so long, if this was all they had to offer. She kept her peace as the footsteps approached, the hideous metallic groaning of the door as it slid aside on gears that had been rusted almost out of existence.
That was when she had heard the first of them talking, and in basic - though that did not necessarily narrow many species possibilities down, nor who they were, they seemed light enough on their feet. Lotva Shai, propped herself up against the communications console, a rather causal stance considering, but it would ooze a knowing confidence - it mattered little if they realized what was upon them the second they walked through that door, she could simply trigger the explosions before they turned to flee...they were being nosiy enough.
And then it all went silent. Had she been spotted? It was possible, though all they would see would be an utapauan official, dressed in the same garb as all those who worked for the center that she had silenced cycles earlier. A cruel smirk graced her lips, if these two were Jeedai, all the better, she had something of a score to settle with them, but whoever they were, they had realized their mistake, because all she could hear now was a faint sound of water pooling somewhere else deep within the cavenous spaces. This place would present a new set of problems for those negotiating it in this limited light, the floors were strewn with pieces of junk, abominations long discarded by their masters and left to rot for decades. The scent the place kept about it was as fusty and old as the relics that graced it's walls and floor, betraying it's age as an assault on the senses.
Time to make a move then.
The Consul pushed up and away from the communications console and took several audible steps to the opposite side of the room, where lay esconced in a niche a maintenance hatch. It was no exit, but then, she wasn't looking to get out anytime soon...nor would they. It would only be a matter of time before the two infidels decided to persue the noise she had made. The sooner the better.
