Former Jedi Temple

[Tookie Binks]

As Tookie enters the dusty and muggy room, its clear to him that no one has been inside this room for a long time. Tookie goes and starts to look around the room and its many items, as he looks back he sees Jade's face awash with sadness. The Gungan doesn't know the history too well, while he might have read the file, personal experiences are always best to go off of.

Tookie walks over and places a gentle hand on Jade shoulder. "Yousa okieday, Masta Jade... whatsa wrong?"

[Jade Albright]

~She looks at Tookie and blinks.~

She just disappeared. There was nothing to go on. We couldn't find her.

~She picks up a picture of Glow with SK in it.~

He was once a Good Jedi. Now there is a rumor he killed her. I don't want to believe it.
~She puts the picture down.~

I am not sure what you are looking for to be honest.

"My not knowin eder," Tookie says as he watches Jade look at the picture of Glow and SK. "But as Masta Gert says dat de Force will guide me. I hopen shesa right."

Tookie then looks over on the modest desk sitting in the corner and notices a leather bound book of some kind sitting on the desk and goes over to look at. Within moments of opening and reading a few passages, Tookie realizes that the book was Glow's journal. The Force was guiding him, it must be. Tookie begins reading about her happiness with SK and feels a little wrong reading such a personal item. He continues to flip though pages, looking for any clues as to what might have happened to her, where she went, anything that can help.

~She walks closer to him but stays quiet, she waits till he is done. She walks to the window and cleans the glass.~

"Mesa goin to Tatooine to makin sense of all dis, with SK ands I, its all complexy. My not knowin whatins to do." Tookie says quoting Glow's journal, he doesn't even know he's speaking out loud. He looks over at Jade and calls her over. "Masta Jade, mesa tink mesa found someting..."

Tookie points to one of the last passages in the journal reads from it. "'Maybe mesa finds answers on Tatooine.' She went's dare before shein disappearese, maybe wesa findins more dare."

~She places a hand on his shoulder and reads. She takes a breath and nods.~

Then that is where we shall go. Take the journal with you.

~She waits till he leaves and takes one more look around the room. Her eyes go raw with pain and then she closes the door locking it. She walk with Tookie to the turbo lift and the door closes. She is quiet lost in thought. She looks around one last time as Tookie and her leave the Temple. She pauses where there was once a great fountain. She laughs remembering how her and Hana once got caught by others swimming in it one late night. She takes a deep breath and has the soldier lock up after they leave.~

"Okieday, mesa meet yousa there." Tookie says as he begins walking down the steps back towards the busy steet. He looks at Jade and can sense there are saddening memeories playing in her mind. Yousa sure yousa okieday, Masta Jade? Yousa lookielookin saddies.""

~She turns slight to look at him.~

Sometimes old memories whether good or bad can haunt us Tookie. So much has changed since I became a Jedi. It is hard to look back and not trip when trying to move forward.
~She walks with him to his ship since hers is next to it. She waves to him as she get in her ship and starts up. It hums.~

Tookie nods to Jade, realizing what she must be feeling, memories can hurt and Tookie knows that all too well. He watches as she gets into her ship and it blast off, Tookie then heads to his ship at the space port and begins start up. Tatooine will be his next stop and Tookie realizes he doesn't know much about the planet.

[Borris Krieg]

Krieg hurries up the stairs in front of the old temple. He was supposed to meet a old friend here, that supposedly had some information. As he runned along the wall, he was pulled through a small alley into it. "Shh it's me! Said a quiet voice."
" By the force, Darith! I told you to spot doing THAT!"
" Sorry Krieg, I can't help it... it's much more... ergh... fun?"
" Ahh, nevermind then. What have you learned? Seen any Jedi?"
" In fact yes, I have. You already missed them though. By far... But I DID found something interesting inside the temple... Or at least one of my old buddies told me... I trust the source, but it's pretty old news, so don't think you can find too much." He sais as he slips a piece of paper inside Krieg's pocket.
" Hmm okay, I'll check it out. If you do find anything else, please, do tell me."
" Sure will... Nice seeing you again Krieg. Hey wanna grab a drink after this?"
" Yeah, I'll meet you at the Star Jammer's Lounge in 45 minutes."
" Good see ya there. " Said Darith as he disappeared into the alley. Krieg exited the alley himself, and continued up the stairs. Surprisingly the old temple was guarded by soldiers. As he approached them he flashed his old Commander ID Card and said in a commanding voice: " Open!"
" Right away sir!" Two soldiers quickly opened the door letting Krieg in. As he entered and the door was closed behind him, one of the soldiers asked the other:
" You know who that guy was?"
" No idea, but I saw he was a commander... no use questioning him..."
Inside the temple, Krieg found complete silence. The place was still intact, but full of dust and a bit of rubble. He moved next to a window and read the piece of paper he got from Darith. After he read it, he quickly moved along the main hall, took a right turn here and there, and then found himself inside a small room that looked like a private meditation room or someone's quarters. He pushed the big sofa in the middle of the room aside and found a hatch under it. As he bent over it, he found a small trap that was sent to go off if someone carelessly tried to open the trapdoor. He quickly removed the poorly made trap and opened the trapdoor. Rapped around some old cloth he found some lightsaber parts. A hilt, a stabilizer ring, knobs and lots of other mechanical parts, plus a datapad on how to create a lightsaber. Apparently he had everything aside from a Primary crystal, and a focusing crystal. He took the whole cloth and stashed it in his pocket, carefully wrapped. He quickly moved back to the exit, told the stormtroopers to open the door, then close it again once he comes out of the temple. He then rushes down the stairs to a speeder.
" Again, do you have any idea who that guy is?"
" Nope, But he still has that commander ID..."
The speeder flied away.

[Grainne Fett]

Grainne walks up the steps with Kal. She feels bittersweet when seeing the old Temple. Walking through the main doors, she sees the halls are filled with debris and vandalized. A tear comes to her eye and she looks at Kal, "This was home for so long, it is hard to see it in disarray." Kal sighs and pulls out his blaster."Better one enemy you can see Grain'ika, then several small ones you can't see!" Pulling out her blaster, Grainne covers his six. Following him, she sees squatters and nods to them to leave.

Walking the hallways with Kal, Grainne finds her old room and opens the door. A musty odor hits her in the face. Waving her hand to clear the air around her, she steps in and looks about. Staring out the window, she looks down at the old hanger area,and turns walking out. Kal walks ahead of her and looks at the where the holos and the like would have been at.

Grainne walks to the main hall again and sighs, never allowing her guard to drop."Kal, keep an eye out, I need to open my self up to find my Father and Gert!"

Closing her eyes, she visualizes Pappy and Gert on Coruscant, not to far from her. Opening her eyes, she looks at Kal, "This is going to be easier then I thought! They are on Coruscant!" Nodding, Kal smiles and places a hand on her shoulder, "Grain'ika, your father is always close to you. I can't wait to see him and Gertrude!" Furrowing her brow, she looks at Kal, "It will not be much of a social call. We have business we need to discuss." Nodding they makes sure it is safe in the temple, and around the grounds.

Cait sends a holo-message to Grainne.

Grainne got your message. I will be leaving for Coruscant shortly. Takeda will be with me and possibly Hana as well.

I just got a strange message from an Executor of the RGE he wants to meet to discuss the relationship between the Jedi and the Empire. Why he contacted me instead of Luke I have no idea. Do you know anything about this?

Grainne rubs her chin, clicks on her holo,"Most likely because you are the second in command. Cait, I don't like what I am feeling. Something is not right. Kal looks at her and shakes his head. "Like I said, I am at the former Temple. There is a few things I would prefer to speak to you about face to face." Frowing into the holo, she watches Kal walk away from her.

Possibly but he should have still tried to contact Luke first. I don't like what I'm sensing about this either. Something strange is going on. The Force is telling to be wary and that is never a good sign.

I understand. Some things should not be discussed where anyone can hear. Though I think I will need some help when I talk to this Lord Zairon. You know diplomacy is not my forte. I'm too forthright... She chuckles. ...and too honest for most people's comfort or peace of mind.

I should be leaving Yavin IV in a couple of hours. I will see you at the old Temple when I get there.
